GENERAL HOURS OF OPERATION Golf Shop: Monday through Sunday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Clubhouse Restaurant: Tuesday through Friday 11:00 am – 6:30 pm Saturday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday 9:00 am-5:00 pm The Pool: Open through the year. BILLING PROCESS Member dues are billed annually, semiannually, or quarterly for full golf members. All Sports and Social member categories are billed annually. There is a monthly service charge of $32.00, as well as a $10 monthly admin fee. Locker fees are $150 a year and the USGA Handicap fee is $50 a year. Monthly statements are prepared on the 1st of each month and are normally mailed within two to three working days. Payment is due and must be received by the last day of the month the statement is prepared. Members may elect to pay their dues and charges via direct withdrawal from a checking account or credit card. Members with any questions regarding charges on their statement should contact the Club’s accounting office. All bills must be paid in full, and any credits due to the Member will be credited on the following month's statement.

Member Website Log in, Viewing Statements, and Making Tee Times I. Logging In To access the member-only pages of the website, browse blackdiamondranch.com and click the “MEMBER LOGIN” button in the top-right. Your username is your email address and you will use the password provided by the Club.
If viewing on a mobile device, this login button may appear in the navigation menu accessed via the "3 lined" button in the top-left Once logged in: To change your password, click Update Profile in the left-hand navigation menu. Once on the update profile page, you can edit your password by deleting your current password and typing your desired password in both the Create Password and Re-Enter Password fields. You can also edit your contact information and preferences. When finished updating your password and any other information or preferences, click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not change your email address until after you have accessed the Statement portal (see Section II below). II. Statement Access To access your Account Statement, click Statements in the left-hand navigation menu. This will direct you to a site where you can review your contact information, review your account charges and account balance.

To see your statements, click on the My Statements link on the left side of the screen. You will see your newly formatted Membership Number on this screen underneath My Information.
III. Making Tee-Times Back on the members-only website, click Tee Times in the left-hand navigation menu to book a tee time. This will direct you to a site where you can book a member tee time. To book a tee time, select your desired date (A) number of players (B) and the course you want to play (C) You can also filter tee time range (D) Then click View on your desired tee time, then confirm your number of players and click Continue.

You can now type in the names of other players in your reservation. (A) Starting with Last Name. Then, click Continue to review your reservation. (B) Note that if other players in your reservation are not members, payment will be accepted in the Pro Shop. A cart fee will always appear on this screen (C) If you are on the annual Trail Fee program, this fee will be removed at check-in.
On the next screen, click Finish to submit your reservation. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your tee time reservation. IV. Cancelling a Tee Time To cancel an upcoming tee time reservation, log in to the website and click Tee Times (see screenshot on the previous page). This will direct you to the tee sheet webpage. When on the tee sheet webpage, click My Account, then Pending beneath Your reservations. To cancel a tee time, click the “X” for the reservation you want to cancel.
To cancel the entire reservation, select the number of players in the reservation. If the tee time reservation is for 4 players, select 4 in the # of Players to Remove from Reservation box.
Please note: Any tee time reservations that were made within 12 hours of the tee time will need to be cancelled by calling the Golf Shop.

V. Viewing the Tee Sheet On the members-only website, click Tee Times in the left-hand navigation menu. This will direct you to the tee sheet webpage. When on the tee sheet webpage, click My Account, then View Tee Sheet to view the tee sheet. Select which course and which day you want to view.
VI. Viewing Your Pending Tee Time Reservations On the members-only website, click Tee Times in the left-hand navigation menu. This will direct you to the tee sheet webpage. When on the tee sheet webpage, click My Account, then Pending, beneath Your Reservations

VII. Making Dining Reservations To make a dining reservation request, navigate to Dining > Dining Reservations. On the following screen, fill out the details for your Dining Room reservation, and click Submit.
WOMEN’S GOLF ASSOCIATION Black Diamond has an active and welcoming Women’s Golf Association. Our Head Golf Professional, David McQuade, will contact you and review all these opportunities, as well as the annual golf calendar.
GUEST POLICY Members in good standing may invite guests to use the Club Facilities upon payment of the Club’s applicable guest fees. Guests enjoy the same access to our facilities and usage privileges as host members. The Club will adopt rules and requirements governing guest usage, which may, among other things, limit the aggregate number of guests a Member may invite per Membership Year. The limit is six (6) the number of golf rounds an individual guest of a Member may play during the year. The host Member is responsible for the payment of charges incurred but not paid by his or her guests, including any applicable guest fees. A host Member will also be responsible for any injuries caused or property damage caused by his or her guest while using the Club Facilities. The host Member is accountable to the Club and the other Members for the deportment of guests while using the club facilities. Host Members may be subject to disciplinary action based upon the deportment of their guests.
DRESS CODE All members, family members, and guests shall be neat and wear appropriate attire at all times. Members and guests shall not change clothes or shoes in the parking lot. No ripped jeans, no low rise jeans, no rolled/cuff jeans, consistent color jeans, these jean styles are never allowed on the golf course, practice range, upstairs, or in the ballrooms for any function. Flip-flop shoes shall not be worn inside any club facility, except in shower or wet areas. You may wear them in Lanai. Hats shall be removed while indoors throughout the clubhouse, including the men’s lounge and card room. Hats shall not be worn backward. Shirts shall be tucked in at all times. Tropical style, button-down shirts (silk collared, button-down, with no tail) designed to be worn outside of pants are acceptable. Women shall not wear tube tops, halter tops, spaghetti strap tops, or spandex clothing on Club grounds. Shorts and skirts shall be no more than 4 inches above the knee. Anything shorter is not acceptable. Exercise clothes shall not be worn on club grounds, except on your way into the facility and changing immediately once inside. They may be worn only in appropriate areas such as the fitness center, and locker room areas.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Your participation in the Referral and Rewards Program (the “Program”) signifies that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are final and binding in all respects: Eligible Participants. All Program participants (‘members”) shall be individual Escalante Club members in good standing. Entity members, such as corporations, partnerships, and other entities or associations, cannot participate in this Program. Earning Points. Escalante will credit a member’s account with one “point” for each dollar of an initiation fee received by the Club from a non-member individual who joins an Escalante Club as the direct result of a member’s referral. If an individual joins after being referred by more than one member, the points will be allocated among the referring members. Exchanging Points for Rewards. Points are void other than for use in exchange for Program Rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Escalante shall periodically publish a list of the items for which a Participant may exchange points and the points required for such exchange. Before requesting an exchange, the member must have accumulated points equal to or greater than the number of points required for the requested Reward. If the member has more points than the number required for the Reward, the number of points required for the Reward will be deducted from the member’s accumulated points. All points must be redeemed through the General Manager (or designee) of the member’s Escalante home Club. Upon a member’s request for a Reward, the General Manager will verify the member’s eligibility as a member in good standing of the Escalante Club, and forward the request to Escalante’s corporate office. Escalante corporate office personnel will facilitate the Reward by arranging the airline reservations and travel itinerary. Reward Recipients. When submitted to the General Manager, each point redemption request must identify the Reward recipients (the individual(s) participating in the Reward). Members are not allowed to submit a request for point redemption where the Reward recipient(s) is/are not identified or is/are “to be identified”. For example, members are not allowed to submit a request for point redemption where the recipient is based upon a later event, such as a contest winner or charity auction bidder. Once issued, Reward designees cannot be changed. Reward travel must be complete within one year from point redemption. Points Non-Transferable. Points are not transferable - through barter, exchange, or gift, or through the operation of law, such as a transfer through a domestic relations order. Any transfer or attempted transfer will render void the points transferred or subject to transfer. Account Termination. If a member fails to use the Club for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, even if the member continues to pay dues, Escalante reserves the right to terminate the member’s Program account without notice. In such an event, all accumulated points (if any) shall be rendered void. Escalante Release. Each member agrees to release and hold harmless Escalante, its parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), and indemnify them from and against all claims, actions, and/or liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Program or the redemption and use of points and from liability for the quality or delivery of any goods and/or services provided other companies, such as travel, lodging, and other services. Tax Consequences. Any federal, state and local income taxes resulting as a consequence of participation in this Program or as the result of exchanging points for travel, lodging, or others services are the responsibility of the member. Each Member is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes (if any). Applicable Law. The Program is governed by and to be interpreted by the laws of the State of Texas. To the full extent allowed by law, these Terms and Conditions disclaim any duty of good faith and fair dealing as well as any implied contractual terms or obligations. Program Changes. Escalante may, in its discretion, change the Program Rules, Rewards, and offers at any time with or without notice. In accumulating points or Rewards, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any Reward. Any Reward may be withdrawn or subject to an increase in points required or new restrictions at any time. Expiration of Points. The Referral Reward Points are good for 2 years once the referee refers. Not All Memberships Qualify. See your membership director for more information.
