Member Website I. Members-Only Portal Access & Password/Info Update To access the Members-only pages of the website, go to either homepage and click the “MEMBER LOGIN” button in the top-right. Your Membership Director gave you a username to both the Gallery and Dove Mountain Member's Login accounts. If viewing on a mobile device, this login button may appear in the navigation menu accessed via the “hamburger” button in the top-left.

Once logged in: To change your password, click Update Profile in the left-hand navigation menu. Once on the update profile page, you can edit your password by deleting your current password and typing your desired password in both the Create Password and Re-Enter Password fields. You can also edit your contact information and preferences. When finished updating your password and any other information or preferences, click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page. PLEASE NOTE: Do not change your email address until after you have accessed the Statement portal (see Section II).

II. Statement Access To access your Account Statement, click Statements in the left-hand navigation menu. This will direct you to a site where you can review your contact information and review your account charges and account balance.

To update your contact information, click on the Edit Profile link on the left side of the screen. Update whatever fields you would like and then click the blue Save Changes button at the very bottom of the screen (you may need to scroll down).

The Gallery Grille Restaurant, Bar & Social Lounge The Gallery Grille Restaurant and Bar is where great food and drinks meet exceptional people. Our Bar & Lounge is where our members recap their round, settle wagers and enjoy some laughs together. The décor and amazing views may be distracting as you are visually engaged by the Tortolita Mountains. Enjoy your favorite beverage along with member favorites such as Sonoran Spiced Fish Tacos, Beeler's Pork Big Dog, or Chef's Garden Burger. Beyond the lounge, The Gallery Grille Restaurant offers a full dining experience that exudes casual elegance. Our main dining room is spacious and welcoming. Refreshing drinks and a hand-crafted local menu is paired by our culinary staff. Take in the stunning AZ sunset while enjoying mouth-watering entrees including our Pan-Seared Bistro Tender, Herb-Crusted Wild Salmon, or Summer Shrimp Fettuccine. Join us for monthly specialties including Chef's Table dinners, Prime Rib Nights, as well as many Wine Tasting and social events.

Golf Information Gallery Golf Club Golf Information Golf & Sports Members will be issued credentials to access ForeTees, the online reservation system for golf tee-times and sports/fitness reservations. Advanced tee times (7 - 14 days) will require a Lottery request. The Lottery is drawn 6 days in advance, and Members are emailed their tee time confirmation at that time. For reservations within 7 days, reservations can be made directly via the ForeTees app or by contacting the Golf Shop directly at 520-579-4116 For lottery requests, select from the calendar which day you would like to play. Select your course and tee time preference. Add any additional players for your group and submit. You should also receive an email confirmation of your lottery request. For reservations inside 7 days, select the day and time you wish to play. Your name will automatically be entered into the reservation slot. Add any additional players as necessary. Again, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Your participation in the Referral and Rewards Program (the “Program”) signifies that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are final and binding in all respects: Eligible Participants. All Program participants (‘members”) shall be individual Escalante Club members in good standing. Entity members, such as corporations, partnerships, and other entities or associations, cannot participate in this Program. Earning Points. Escalante will credit a member’s account with one “point” for each dollar of an initiation fee received by the Club from a non-member individual who joins an Escalante Club as the direct result of a member’s referral. If an individual joins after being referred by more than one member, the points will be allocated among the referring members. Exchanging Points for Rewards. Points are void other than for use in exchange for Program Rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Escalante shall periodically publish a list of the items for which a Participant may exchange points and the points required for such exchange. Before requesting an exchange, the member must have accumulated points equal to or greater than the number of points required for the requested Reward. If the member has more points than the number required for the Reward, the number of points required for the Reward will be deducted from the member’s accumulated points. All points must be redeemed through the General Manager (or designee) of the member’s Escalante home Club. Upon a member’s request for a Reward, the General Manager will verify the member’s eligibility as a member in good standing of the Escalante Club, and forward the request to Escalante’s corporate office. Escalante corporate office personnel will facilitate the Reward by arranging the airline reservations and travel itinerary. Reward Recipients. When submitted to the General Manager, each point redemption request must identify the Reward recipients (the individual(s) participating in the Reward). Members are not allowed to submit a request for point redemption where the Reward recipient(s) is/are not identified or is/are “to be identified”. For example, members are not allowed to submit a request for point redemption where the recipient is based upon a later event, such as a contest winner or charity auction bidder. Once issued, Reward designees cannot be changed. Reward travel must be complete within one year from point redemption. Points Non-Transferable. Points are not transferable - through barter, exchange, or gift, or through the operation of law, such as a transfer through a domestic relations order. Any transfer or attempted transfer will render void the points transferred or subject to transfer. Account Termination. If a member fails to use the Club for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, even if the member continues to pay dues, Escalante reserves the right to terminate the member’s Program account without notice. In such an event, all accumulated points (if any) shall be rendered void. Escalante Release. Each member agrees to release and hold harmless Escalante, its parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), and indemnify them from and against all claims, actions, and/or liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Program or the redemption and use of points and from liability for the quality or delivery of any goods and/or services provided other companies, such as travel, lodging, and other services. Tax Consequences. Any federal, state and local income taxes resulting as a consequence of participation in this Program or as the result of exchanging points for travel, lodging, or others services are the responsibility of the member. Each Member is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes (if any). Applicable Law. The Program is governed by and to be interpreted by the laws of the State of Texas. To the full extent allowed by law, these Terms and Conditions disclaim any duty of good faith and fair dealing as well as any implied contractual terms or obligations. Program Changes. Escalante may, in its discretion, change the Program Rules, Rewards, and offers at any time with or without notice. In accumulating points or Rewards, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any Reward. Any Reward may be withdrawn or subject to an increase in points required or new restrictions at any time. Expiration of Points. The Referral Reward Points are good for 2 years once the referee refers. Not All Memberships Qualify. See your membership director for more information.
