If necessary three long horn blasts will sound after 2 hours and 20 minutes to signal the completion of each match. If the match is not complete, each team will be given ½ point for the remaining holes not completed.

The maximum number of points a team can win in matches #1 - #5 will be 7, and the minimum is 2. In Match #6, all points limitations will be lifted. For handicap posting purposes, please record both players’ scores on each hole of your official scorecard. If you choose to pick up, please record what you most likely would have made with a max net double bogey. (Rule 3.1b)

Scorecards: Please check the scorecard thoroughly and confirm match results. Turn your scorecards into our scoring area at the Oaks Shack after matches.

Weather: In case of inclement weather, play will be suspended. Play will resume as soon as possible. If play cannot be resumed, teams will be awarded points in accordance to holes won or halved. The remaining points will be divided equally between the two teams. If the shootout is cancelled the team accumulating the most points will be the Overall Champion.

The lowest aggregate net score for the three holes from each pod will move on to play the 18th hole to decide the 2023 Men’s Invitational Champions.

• Ties after the three (3) holes will be broken with a chip off from a designated spot with a combined distance of the partners.

• If the two Teams are tied after #18, they will play from a designated spot in the 18th fairway 100 yards out. (Continuing with the alternating format).

• If still tied, a chip off, similar to point #1 above, will occur.
