KMGA MEMBER-MEMBER 1
The KMGA held it's ever-popular Member-Member I Tournament on April 22 and 23. The action took place on the Woods and River courses, respectively, and came off very successfully, despite a threatening Saturday afternoon storm.
The varied competitive formats (Captain's Choice, Pinehurst Scotch, and Four-Ball), promoted exciting, drama filled matches, and resulted in tales of long putts made, chip-ins, or dead-on approach shots that broke opponent's hearts! A great time was had by all participants.
James Paige, Vice President of Club Operations, and Pros Yancey Dean and Todd Gantt were on hand to set the stage, provide rules guidance, and most importantly, oversee the scoring. The final results were tabulated on Sunday afternoon at Moody's Tavern.
