L

What most people don’t know is that Qurum has a peaceful suburban area, set apart from the bustling "Love Street," in the hills of Qurum Heights overlooking the beach. Situated between Shatti Al Qurum (the area behind Crowne Plaza) and Darsait, Qurum Heights
is 20-kilometres from Muscat International Airport and less than ten minutes from Ruwi, Al Khuwair, and parts of Ghubra. This ‘hood is a favourite among PDO staff, with many of the houses rented out by the company or its employees. Though some of the villas are old and weathered, and parking can sometimes be a pain, these grand houses maintain an established, luxurious feel. This is no doubt in part aided by the killer views, which keep this area at the top of the list for those seeking a serene lifestyle in a decidedly posh area.
