Our vision is to create a community of users struggling through their everyday hardships of life and allow them to offer help and guidance to one another, whilst we do our part in producing original content that relates to own personal struggles.

Our mission is to be the best possible support system there is online and encourage others to join and participate. As well as producing the most honest content available online with none of our photographs being photoshopped or retouched.

We strive to inspire users to destigmatize their issues and create a safe community for all to talk openly. Whilst we produce original content aimed to inspire readers which reflects our core values: inclusivity, acceptance, frankness, confidence.




Being Frank’s tone of voice is confident, we believe in our readers, we believe that they can overcome their problems, so our tone of voice reflects that. Being Frank uses humour throughout its writing and imagery to tackle some of the more sensitive subjects. Our tone of voice aims to connect with our viewers and feel as if they are talking to a friend above all else.


The colour palette chosen represents what Being Frank stands for, Inclusivity, The range of colours encapsulates all the genders that Being Frank is aimed at. The colours chosen also show the fun personality of the brand. As the colours will only be used online the RGB colours have only been given.




The brand itself is all about frankness, the use of the full stop accentuates this fact. The use of the full stops are used throughout the website and overall design to give continuity. The Being Frank. logo cannot be seen without the full stop as this is part of our identity and defines us. Both the “B” and the “F” of the title must be upper case, and the rest lower case. The the

Being Frank. Logo is in font Abril Fatface Regular.


This font will be used for headings and subtitles throughout the site. The main title of Being Frank. will also be seen in this font.

Just as the same above this font will be used for headings and subtitles throughout the site. Instead of havinf this at the main title, the headings for each page will be in this font.

This will be the only font used for main body text. For articles and profile page bios.
