As specialists in nursery and EYFS outdoor playground equipment, we have developed a comprehensive range of products specifically designed for early years outdoor play. Our team of EYFS playground designers will work with you to create a stimulating outdoor learning environment that children will love to play in and which will help them meet the learning and development standards expected by the EYFS statutory framework.

Rubber Surfacing RubberMulch Mulch Surfacing Rubber Mulch is a cost effective surfacing solution available in a variety of colours. Rubber Mulch is a mixture of recycled shredded truck tyre rubber and a specially formulated high performance polyurethane binder. The shredded rubber is colour-coated in a factory process using a variety of colours. The overall effect is that it looks very much like a natural bark / wood chip surface, but the difference is that it’s bound together – so it won’t scuff out – and it will never rot away. Rubber Mulch is very different from other rubberised play surfaces, not only in its appearance, but also in the extent of preparation work that is required before it can be laid.

Wetpour Surfacing Wetpour Surfacing Wetpour provides a long lasting and colourful soft surface which is highly effective in reducing injuries through falling. Our Wetpour surfacing is made from 100% recycled tyres, is available in a wide range of colours and has infinite design possibilities. The coloured rubber crumbs are bound together with a resin that once set, provides an impact absorbent surface that will last for years. Wetpour surfacing is constructed in two layers, a base layer and top surface layer. The base layer is made from large black rubber granules and the top layer is made from smaller rubber granules in a colour of your choosing.

Grass Matting can be used as a durable and cost effective safety surfacing solution. Individual interlocking mats are laid on an existing grass surface around your playground equipment, in order to provide all-year-round use. Over-time the underlying grass will grow through the holes in the mats to hide their appearance. Case Study When Manorfield Primary School started making plans to build their new Nursery and outdoor learning areas for the EYFS play area , they had a vision for what the outdoor areas would become.
