Where do you begin? The more we think about it, the more some of us continue to think – just think and do absolutely nothing about it. Some of us don’t even know where to start. With the existing ‘drive’ in us and limited resources at our disposal, it’s impossible to do what we want to do, and this can be a real mood killer. All you need in circumstances like this is peace and quiet. Silence is your main theme. The quieter you are, the better your mind works in situations put forth before you. So what is it that we’re actually looking forward to do? What is it we need but not enough? Millions of questions run through our minds. Sometimes we think we need a ‘plan’ to get our act together, other times we ‘go with the flow’. So which is it? Staying calm and quiet for those moments is generally a suggested way. Go for a walk or a drive to clear your heads, play basketball in the middle of the night, well, usually is another way, all the same what’s important is to ‘keep it together’… whatever ‘it’ is your thinking about!! Ok…for now, just ‘keep it together’…whatever you have going on for you right now. Give it a rest; try not to throw a ‘thoughtful’ spanner in the wheel to derail your plan. What you need to do or rather can do, is keep an open mind all the time, and your mouth shut…even if you’re tempted to talk, resist the urge to do so. Honestly I’d say, you’ll never know what positivity can come out of a ‘situation’ presented to you, in the most negative way you see it at the moment. Because, sometimes, no matter how hard you try to ‘work’ toward your goal, it simply doesn’t work your way. As hard as this sounds sometimes, do the best you can to stay calm to avoid humiliation and disgrace of your negativity. You can continue thinking about ‘your situation’ for hours together, and nothing is going to change what has already happened. Realize and remember one aspect, though there are certain questions in life that ‘can’t be answered’ and no matter how ‘bad’ your ‘scenario’ may look and feel to you, it is put before you sometimes to teach the other players a ‘lesson’. Every individual will view the same ‘scene’ differently.
