Hygge - Feeling of Fright and Unease Getting cozy with uneasiness should be something you can and should take in your stride. Not difficult but not easy. It opens up your mind to a 'different kind of calm' the one that says for a split second, 'I've not given up, but I have to process these thoughts slowly', or ‘I'm feeling so stuck right now, and as difficult as my moments feel right now, I'm going with the flow of the moment’. So how can you 'hygge' out when you're feeling fear or uneasy about your situation?? Is it even possible?? Oh yes, it very much is possible. It very much, is real. You have to practically stop in your tracks in your mind for the moment, just stop!!! So, let's just go ahead, wrap your head around those difficult moments and focus in silence how to get around those tough times. Our minds are full of so many thoughts, issues, ideas, brainstorms, shortcuts, etc., you name it and you've thought of it. Uneasy feelings are such that there is no easy translation for it. Each one of us have to work around our thoughts and issues in the best possible way we can. Because, it is solely our responsibility to bring peace and calm to our senses. To even try to process the feeling of hygge, feels impossible. So what can you do when it feels like 'your' whole world is caving in around you?? Can you hygge out the whole 'caving in' feeling?? Well, yes you can!! And yes, it isn't impossible!! It may not be easy though. It's in the quietness of your mind that you can stop and figure out simple solutions to your issues. You can work on your issues probably with a cup of tea or your favorite coffee, or any warm beverage of your choice, if you can, or even your favorite food. As uneasy as your issues or situations can get in life, the best way to diminish your fright is to break it down completely, one step at a time, quietly, in your mind. Understand extensively, why you're terrified little by little. And, what you can do to correct your issues. Remember, it is NOT a matter of life or death. There will always be corrective measures that will be in place. Think about them. Defining the causes of your fear in the silence of your mind, and understanding what your expected results should be, gives you the time and opportunity to delve deep into your issues to sort them out quietly. Silence of your mind guides you to be more productive in the best possible manner and produce better results. Hygge-ing out your problems gives you productive results. Through hygge, you clear your mind, think clearly and calmly. No matter how 'difficult' your situation is, if you can be


calm, simply to observe possibilities to ease your situation, you guide yourself to realize the uneasy feeling you felt all that time was practically of no use. Your fears diminish considerably to nil, and you can breathe freely and peacefully. So, give yourself the opportunity to live your daily uneasy concerns a hygge perception.
