Hygge – Traveling Alone – Visual Warmth Well, here we are on a regular travel routine. What usually goes on in your mind, along the way?? Do you enjoy your travel journey?? Do you feel excited about your journey?? Do you feel satisfied that your ride is finally here?? Or you might have reached your destination?? What do you visually perceive along the way?? Is your travel comforting?? Or a tiring and long one?? How can you hygge it?? Think about it, while concentrating on the kind of routine travel, you’re on. How energized are you while traveling? Or how exhausted are you?? What do you usually think about?? All these questions and more, run through our heads while we’re on our daily journey of routine movement. There’s so much that goes on in our heads that’s just been accomplished for the day, while on our way home. So how can we hygge in all that we think about, while we travel?? How do you bring hygge thoughts to your regular travel movements?? Like I always say, concentrate on the present moment. Concentrate on everything you visualize along the way. Let you thoughts be real, even though you’re tired. Notice everything, even if it doesn’t mean anything to you. Let your observational senses be open and receptive to what you visualize, good, bad, or ugly. Allow your senses to feel what you see. Don’t worry, it’s not important!!! Whatever be the time of the day, or the temperature of the atmosphere, and of the moment, let your thoughts be calm. No matter how heavy your senses feel from the tribulations of your day, try your best to be mindful of your surroundings, while you do your best to be calm. As soon as you get to your destination point, you’re free to relax and unwind. Whatever beverage you consume to relax, enjoy it. Enjoy every sip of it. Allow every sip to calm your senses over those though decisions you had to make or have to make. Allow yourself to concentrate on visualizing your issues with the kind of focus that guides you to feel fulfilled with your decisions. Being present in the ‘here and now’ is the journey of our daily routine hygge. It’s living the present moment that makes the hygge process enjoyable. Surrendering with deep insight to the present moment while traveling necessitates and brings out the hygge of the moment. The whole concept of hygge is to live through our daily ‘issues’ with ease. Sounds thoughtless?? Yes, it does!! Is it impossible to work around our concerns?? No!! All you need is a focused and calm mind to figure out those ongoing concerns clearly.
