Hygge Perception - Why is Hygge consciousness challenging to express in conversations?? Hygge perceptions are different for a diverse culture of people, and, every single one of them will have an exceptional understanding of the concept of hygge. These differences may vary from a cup of tea or coffee to reading a good book, to perhaps getting on with simple house chores. Maybe even listening to their favorite music. But there is one thing in common with every impression you get. Just calm focus!! But, the bigger question is, how do you actually explain how you hygge, in words?? Honestly, can you explain your perception of hygge to another person?? What may feel hygge to you, may be totally the opposite of another, and vice-versa. Every individual views the concept of hygge differently. Wherever you may be in the world, you can experience hygge without even knowing it!! Every individual’s perception of hygge stems from their external as well as internal environment, circumstances they face regularly, and the company they keep, so on and so forth. Hence, in realistic and challenging conversations, is it possible to hygge out with people?? Can a person justly hygge out with others after a heated argument, today?? Or let me put it another way. How do you hygge out when you’ve got important issues on your mind, which have to be accomplished within a pre-determined time, while you’re on the clock?? Honestly, to start with, nothing is impossible. There’s nothing on the face of this earth that cannot dealt with provided you put your mind to it with firm and calm determination to deal with your situation in hand. No matter how heated the assumed argument was before you got out of it, the best way to hygge it out is to have a calm mind. Its only when you calm down, you can think clearly. You can re-write your situation with deep thought and clarity. You can go over it again and again till you’re clear on the message and the mode of delivery you will be putting out there. In this regard, only you can comprehend for yourself, the ‘how’s and why’s’ of the subject matter of your situation, and the best possible way to maximize your results for the benefit of those around you. All you probably need is a cup of tea or coffee or any of your favorite beverages. You have to make hygge personal to you because even your spouse or partner or anyone else around you will understand ‘your’ hygge moments differently. You are not in their hygge moments and they are not in yours.
