COLLECTION 2013-2021

a collection des travaux présentés ici, est le fruit de mes propres expériences professionnelles depuis février 2018 au sein de l’agence TAHTI d’Architecture et d’Aménagement . Ainsi que mes expériences académiques dans le cadre de ma formation à l’École Nationale d’Architecture de Rabat, ainsi que l’année de mobilité à l’ENSA de Marseille pour mon master 1. Ces projets reflètent la diversité de mon parcours , des études, des approches et démarches variées, acquises dans différents ateliers d’architecture. Chaque projet notamment, l’hospitalier, le bien-être, le résidentiel, le culturel, l’hôtellerie, le scolaire, et les aménagements paysagers naissent d’un processus de conception architectural singulier.

Une architecture type inachevée, qui contraste avec l’architecture, de nos villes, stagnante et conventionnelle. bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbTravailler un projet apte à faire face à une quelconque crise et amène à instaurer un dispositif spatio-temporel. Permettant au projet bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbde développer une certaine forme de résilience. Le projet se développe par rapport à la matérialité de l’œuvre architecturale qui n’est pas figée nibbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbdans le temps ni dans l’espace, et qui plutôt définit un cadre extensible, voire ouvert à l’horizon. Ce choix du projet inachevé résilient est prêt à absorber un choc, une crise ; notamment la pandémie du covid-19. Il est indispenbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb sable de parler résilience dans ce genre de situation exceptionnelle. Un projet apte d’abriter une nouvelle fonction et apte pour un changement brutal. On part du principe suivant: Imposer c’est condamner et détruire. L’inachevé va à l’encontre des solutions autoritaires.

Dans ce projet nous cherchons à pousser le concept de la transparence et l’ouverture sur le jardin à l’extrême. On place un bloc carré sous forme de galette à laquelle s’accroche un volume hall d’entrée pour réinterpréter l’importance de l’accueil dans le contexte marocain. Ensuite à partir du hall on crée un premier axe de transparence traversant toute la villa la découpant en deux. L’emplacement de l’escalier va déclencher un deuxième axe de transparence. Pour ainsi compléter un plus. Dans une démarche minimaliste tout le projet se fera autour du plus. Autour de ces axes s’accrocher=nt les jardinière qui inonde nt l’espace de lumière et de nature. l’escalier constitue un volume de verre qui peut avoir un effet bioclimatique sur l’ensemble de la villa en se permettant de le fermer ou de l’ouvrir par un mur amovible.

Tout en m’inspirant de la maternité qui se veut un détachement d’un corps (le bébé) à partir d’un autre qui crée l’événement ,Ceci va se traduit dans le projet en détachant une partie D’un parallélépipède masse stock qui abrite les fonctions de la clinique; le volume détaché constitue une faille assurant la liaison entre deux entités , Ce volume va apporter la lumière et crée la dynamique au sein de la clinique Ce dialogue entre le volume opaque et le volume transparent semble être infini, d’où la nécessité de sortir avec un volume synthèse qui annonce la fin de ce jeu

Dans un site aussi dynamique on ne peut que suivre le dynamisme pour ne pas couper avec le site. Le fractionnement dynamique semble être un point de départ pour créer des perspectives de vues naturelles au sein d’un bâtiment fragmenté. Le fractionnement dynamique va aboutir à l’architecture fragmentée dans tous les sens. Le fractionnement va se développer en une architecture évasive convivial. Parti architectural: Les lignes directrices du projet prennent en compte trois caractéristique s de la musique :rythme éphémère et naturel. Tout en s’inspirant de l’îlot ouvert , la création d’une rue naturelle (1 er R) permet la continuité du jardin et conduisant la vue panoramique vers la ville. Egalement grâce au mouvement rapide de la rampe (2 ème R) s’exprime l’éphémère . Et un choix plus minutieux fait que le volume ponctué par des ouvertures en désordre crée un rythme (3ème R) dans l’édifice.

Parti architectural: Parti architectural: Créer un parc contemporain , fait de formes très fluides afin d’atténuer la régularité et la rigidité des immeubles barres. Le parc s’articule autour d’un circuit piéton qui permet de lier tout le vide fragmenté et au promeneur de toucher les différentes composantes naturelles, notamment l’eau, la pelouse les fleurs et le minérale. La couleur est au rendez vous , elle donne vit au vert monotone .

Le site Luminy est un campus isolé de la ville dans le parc national des calanques. Aujourd’hui il abrite la Faculté des Sciences et l’École d’art et d’architecture de Marseille. Il est également un passage des million de touristes. aujourd’hui le site est un paysage abandonné mais à révéler.

Notre intervention à Luminy est basé sur augmentation de la densité pour le rendre attrayant .La stratégie de croissance est d’ouvrir la forêt par la création d’une centralité et la construction de logements et d’équipements manquants.

Workshop Mars 2017 à l’école d’architecture de Napoli // Repenser la relation entre le tissu ancien et moderne .Piazza capour.

Le site est au cœur de Naples entre la vieille ville et le moderne. Notre réflexions sur relation entre les deux parties distinctes. L’état actuel la séparation est brutale entre les deux parties de la ville. Notre intérêt est la place kapur qui sépare le tissu-ancien rigide et le nouveau quartier plus fluide, car il a été construit sur le tracé d’eau. Aujourd’hui, le lieu abandonné .Notre boulot est de créer un parcours sculptural pour relier les deux tissus, ainsi que de connecter la station de métro musée et l’immeuble barre.

PIXEL Végétal Plusieurs voient la ville nouvelle comme étant une opportunité de création d’espace idéale , ou la dimension humaine prime , en anticipant la solution aux problèmes qu’ont rencontrés les villes déjà existantes ,, ceci dit , la verdure restent une des grandes questions que les acteurs dans le domaine du bâtiment doivent prendre en considération dès le départ , c’est pour cela que le projet se révèle un îlot jardin ou serait « planté » des immeubles végétales regénérant toute la ville en lui donnant un aspect vert et en rendant le fait d’y vivre un privilège

Dans ce projet nous cherchons à réinterpréter l’idée de l’ilot jardin , en installant dans un premier temps une vue urbaine diagonale animé noyée dans la végétation , Cette allée part de la mosquée vers le parc , dans un second temps on installe une place publique prête à accueillir une pluralité d’activités et créer l’événement , l’espace public lui-même devient ainsi évolutif et non figé dans le temps Les deux cours directives closes pour les logements sont reliées à la voie diagonale , L’ensemble résidentiel donne la priorité au paysage en créant des logements harmonisé avec le jardin tout en créant un espace privé convivial , Sachant que quand on parle de l’habitat on ne parle pas que du logement mais on parle aussi de l’activité , le RDC harmonisé avec le jardin est un lieu dédié au commerce et de divertissement par excellence ,

EVOLUTION of the PROJET

Our proposal for the iconic mosque at Dubai Creek Harbour is a project that emerges from its context creating a new waterfront destination in continuity with the Creek Tower project and Linear park axis. It is a challenge to sketch a modern minimalist mosque that transgresses the cognitive image of what is a mosque while keeping the identity of the mosque. The design was initially inspired by the first open air mosque that ever existed in the history of Islam; Starting from the very first mosque created by the badou in the desert, containing a prayer hall directed towards Mecca and ablutions apart delimited by stones. Therefore, the 3 basic components of the mosque are the isolated ablution rooms of the mosque, the prayer hall and the

We placed a volume containing prayer rooms in the linear park axis with two ablution areas detached from it on each sides of the axis : the mosque is a simple and pure block reflecting the simplicity and purity of Islam and the ablutions rooms separated from the project. In the same approach, the project removes any element of ornamentation. So the well-being will be provided by light, materials and vegetation, gardens introduced inside of the mosque. The project contains elements from nature inspired by the description of Paradise (plants, water…)

The mosque volume is then rotated according to the Mecca Axis, creating a rectangular prayer room facing the Qibla. The Creek Tower axis creates a fracture in the building, a source of light that crosses

The project is translating the metaphor of prayer, which is the contact of a faithful on the ground to transcend to heaven. Thus the mosque is buried halfway and emerges to the sky in search of light. Ablutions will be buried covered by water basin visible from inside the ablution rooms and integrated in a large plaza that highlights the mosque which is a silent monolithic mosque that emerges from the ground. The transcendence is translated by a ramp beginning at the point where the bridge joins the project. The transcendent course of the ramp ends with the emergence of a purified minaret leading to the roof. The light penetrates the project in two ways: zenithal arriving to the men’s prayer room from the fracture that splits the mosque, and laterally through openwork skin of Koranic verdicts so to speak that the path to god is the path of light.

Le site est à Azrou région connue pour ses cèdres, ses cerisiers, ses pommiers, sa pisciculture, son Cèdre Gouraud et ses singes, ainsi que son sanatorium désaffecté de l’agglomération avoisinante de Bensmim. Le nom de la ville d’Azrou tire son nom du mot berbère Azrou, qui signifie pierre, roche ou rocher qu’on retrouvera dans le projet. L’architecture d’azrou est marquée par le toit en tuiles rouges

STAGE de Master Cabinet Rafael de La Hoz Madrid// Afín de renfocar et d’approfondir mes connaissances dans la pratique architecturale , j’ai réalisé un stage d’un mois et demi dans l’agence espagnole d’architecture RAFAEL DE LA HOZ . Mon stage boucle la 1ere année du 2ème cycle d’architecture et s’est déroulé du 5 juillet au 14 aout 2017. Ce stage intervient après un stage d’observation sur chantier en 2ème année de cycle de licence en école d’architecture et une année de mobilité à Marseille. J’ai décidé de faire mon stage , à Madrid pour s’ouvrir sur une nouvelle démarche de faire le projet autre que l’enseignement que j’ai recu à l’Ecole Nationale d’Architecture de Rabat et à l’ENSA de Marseille durant mon année de mobilité. Ce stage est enfin pour moi un 1er contact avec la pratique de l’architecture en agence au cours de laquelle une grande partie de la formation prépare directement aux tâches et au comportement de l’architecte dans un studio. J’ai travaillé avec une équipe sur la Réhabilitation du Ritz Mandarine
