The terroir is the combination of a series of natural and human factors. From the physical and chemical conditions of the soil, the climate, altitude, the slopes and the hours of sunlight to the irrigation, the pruning of foliage and plant orientation. The harmony of all these elements together with the study of the environment and of each plot where the vineyards are planted allow us to obtain unique wines, full of character and personality. Exclusive representations of the terroir that are otherwise irreplaceable. During four generations, the Arizus have worked for more than 100 years in figuring out the behavior of their farms, their vines, and the language of each grape variety with excellence as their main goal.

Exquisite aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango with notes of honey. The grapes get great complexity, structure and personality from the limestone soil. The exuberance of its aromas come from the granite soil.

It is characterized by its great structure, sweetness and its aromas of spice, ripe plums, coffee, cherries and violets. After 18 months of ageing in French oak casks and 14 months in the bottle, it gets aromas of vanilla. Velvety finish in the palate.

Bouchet is an old clone of Cabernet Franc, strong and robust. It shows aromas of cassis and green pepper. Special concentration of balanced tannins with the softness and roundness that can be enjoyed in the palate.

A sophisticated blend based on Malbec with small contributions of Petit Verdot and Tannat. A muscular and elegant wine. Deep in color, with nice aromas of red fruits and delicate spicy notes. It is modern and harmonic, it caresses the palate very strongly leaving a subtle vanilla memory.

The Cabernet Sauvignon blended with the Cabernet Franc and Merlot seduce at first sight. A wine of great structure and elegance. The concentration of black fruits and toasted aromas contributed by the 14-month ageing in French oak is crowned with a long and velvety finish.

A splendid white made with Viognier, Chardonnay and Riesling grapes. It is bright gold that surprises with its exquisite floral aromas. With a balanced acidity and a special volume in the mouth. Complex aromas, with hints of white peach, apricot, citrics and a soft touch of wood and vanilla.

A ruby red wine with soft violet hues. Intense and complex aroma, there are hints of ripe currants with delicate hues of vanilla. A sweet and velvety impact on the palate. It is elegant and structured, with a long and lingering finish.

Finca Los Nobles, Las Compuertas (IG LujĂĄn de Cuyo sub-appellation), Mendoza. 60 years. Riesling 100%. In Finca Los Nobles, at 1,050 meters above sea level, Riesling is the variety that best expresses the terroir where it is grown. Originally, the variety was planted in Finca El ParaĂso, but after several selections throughout the years, Las Compuertas has become the place they fit the best. The soil has a sandy-loam structure, with boulder of varying size in depth.

The wine is not aged in oak barrels.

La Consulta (IG San Carlos sub-appellation), Valle de Uco, Mendoza. 55 years. Pinot Noir 100%. After trying in different farms, it was found out that the vines of Pinot Noir located in our vineyards in La Consulta, at 1,170 meters above sea level, where the best to obtain the style looked for this variety. The soil is from alluvial origin, calcareous, with great presence of iron, sandy loam and rock on the surface. The native clone 777 was brought by the Arizu family from the French Burgundy to their vineyards.

50% of the wine is aged between 6 to 8 months in second use barrels. 15 years. 21

Finca Los Miradores, Villa Seca (IG Tunuyรกn sub-appellation), Valle de Uco, Mendoza. 10 years. Malbec 100%. Three massal selections of Malbec coming from other farms from the Arizu family were planted in the Finca Los Miradores at 1,150 meters in order to pick the grapes to elaborate this wine. The population that obtained the best expression was the chosen one, and after a decade, the vines have been settled in their terroir and have achieved a perfect balance to provide grapes of excellent quality. The texture of the soil is in surface and up to 30-40 centimeters loamysandy . There are small diameters boulders in depth which are alternated with big size stones, ideal to get an optimum water infiltration, which allows for a greater exploration of the roots in depth. 30% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. 15 years.

An elegant, complex, round exponent with a long finish.

A great blend from reserved plots whose result is balanced, full-bodied and with great complexity. We start with the Chardonnay, a characteristic grape from Argentina with soft aromas, and then we add the strong structure of Viognier, with its nuances of mango, peach, apricot and vanilla as well as its refined floral notes. Besides, this wine has a subtle hint of Semillón, that thanks to its ageing in wood, offers support to the fruit to complete its smoothness in the mouth.

The result of small plots reserved in oak casks creates this balanced, well-structured blend with full body and firm finish. It is based on the Malbec variety, with individual characteristics that contribute elegance and roundness with its soft and sweet round tannins. Then, a solid, austere and refined Syrah is added, with a spiced flavor and marked acidity. This wine also has a subtle touch of Merlot which adds softness and balance to the blend.

A golden sparkling wine with green hints. Extremely aromatic, it stands out for its white fruits and honey notes within a context of harmony and balance. It has a refreshing acidity that adds tension and fluidity on the palate, boasting at the same time, a compact, refined and complete aftertaste.

This sparkling wine has soft hints of greenish yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. Its aromas remind of white fruits typical of Chardonnay such as peach and pineapple, combined with a subtle floral touch contributed by the Semillón. It is fresh in the palate with the strength from its youth, a marked fruit stamp and an outstanding balance of acidity. A delicate sparkling wine with pungency, strength and fine nature.

This sparkling wine draws our attention for its pink color with a purple characteristic and for its free and nice aromas of red fruit, especially of strawberry and black cherry. Its entry on the palate repeats the typical notes of the Malbec variety which remain and provide the key of its character. A very fine acidity adds juiciness and freshness to its good combination and connection between nose and mouth. Compact and persistent on the palate.
