The whole operation co-ordination implemented by our internationally accredited agents is a guarantee of a perfect door-to-door moving, professionally carried out from one location to another, including, when needed, the relocation of your car, pets, works of art or your motorboat etc.

Euromoving uses materials especially designed for international moving, for having extra resistance to the strain of overseas transportation, for a better positioning and safe layering inside the container, so that your goods are protected from the moment they have been packed and loaded by our team until the moment of their delivery to your new residence.

Materials used for international moving: • special boxes provided with space for coat hangers, to help clothes keep their initial form during and after transportation; • shock-resistant, air-bubbled plastic foil for protection during transportation; • 5 layered-cardboard rolls for furniture protection; • acid-free paper, used for furniture scratch protection; • high-resistant cardboard boxes, especially reinforced through multiple layering for the household supplies transportation; • special boxes for transporting paintings, with or without frame;

• boxes for mattresses; • wooden boxes for works of art, or fragile objects (piano, small statues, pictures).

Our agent and his team from the destination country will eventually deal with all the import customs formalities, with the goods delivery, unloading, unpacking and assembling at your new residence.

In order to make sure that the furniture has arrived in excellent conditions, the parcels will be checked against the inventory done during the packing.

When the unpacking has been finished, the discarded materials will be collected and the goods will be arranged at the location, according to the instructions given by you or your representative.

The moving coordinator will supervise the following services: • staff inventory proceedings and the checking of all the objects to be moved out to the new location; • giving advice on the most adequate packing materials in order to secure the company’s goods;

• establishing a clear schedule for moving; • furniture disassembling, packing and labeling the company’s goods; • goods handling and uploading; • door-to door transportation; • goods unloading and distribution onto floors; • identifying the packed goods as well as labeling them for easy distribution to departments (for example: archive, accounting department, human resources, etc); • furniture unpacking and assembling; • collecting used materials.

IT equipment RACKS, SERVERS, UPS’, COMPUTERS ETC. Euromoving offers services for moving IT equipment (racks, servers, and computers) both locally and internationally. We have the required logistics for equipment handling and loading, assisted by an experienced team and provided with adequate packing.

The tariffs differ according to the weight, volume, floor and access to both locations as well as the distance between them (when needed). Furthermore, Euromoving offers services of disassembling the racks for transportation and packing.

storage COUNTLESS STORING OPTIONS FOR VARIED TASTES. In case you opt for storing your goods or your new residence/location is still not ready and you need a storage space Euromoving is at your disposal. Our storage facility is located in Bucharest and has security and monitoring services.

The handling, the access to/leaving of the storage facility (both for personal goods and pallets as well) will be invoiced once only. Upon request parcels/ pallets may be delivered from the total

volume of stored goods/merchandises against cost. Your goods are ensured by Euromoving for this type of service.

Payment will be done as follows: • personal goods are charged on cubic meter/month or a fraction of month depending on your chosen time-span; • for the goods on pallets the payment is applied on square meter or pallet/day/or fraction of a day.
