Outwell Duvet Sleep System – readymade beds Our radical new sleep system brings even more comfort and convenience to the bedroom. The Outwell Duvet Sleep System consists of a bed that is based around a specially-designed flock airbed or 5cm self-inflating mattress. Around this goes

a cover and an attached duvet tops it off. Just unpack and inflate and you are ready for a good night’s sleep! The collection comprises four models: the Caress Single, Caress Double and Cameo Single and Double. The Caress Single and Double also features pockets, pillow and Neck Raise System that supports the head and shoulders while reading. The duvet has a box foot for comfort. All components can be detached from one and other for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Cool ‘n’ Go – fresh ideas with cool new products… …that’s our latest Cool ‘n’ Go Collection of coolboxes, chill-bins and picnic sets. Joining the Cool Box 40ltr and 35ltr models this year is the stunning 24-litre ECOcool that is available as the Blue mains-electric and 12V version, or as the Green 12V-only model. We are particularly proud of our smart new Bamboo Tableware that is 100 per cent biodegradable if left in the ground for three months – a great talking point… Cooking – top products for top al fresco dining Following on from last year’s success with our Collaps range we have introduced pots and a kettle that actually fold flat for easy storage! They use the same special siliconised rubber but have a metal base for use on a stove. And we have added a number of Collaps storage boxes that fold flat when not in use. New kettles, pots, cook sets and cafetières add to the kitchen equipment and we are particularly proud of our smart new Bamboo Tableware that is 100 per cent biodegradable if left in the ground for three months – a great talking point around the dinner table. Superior, Classic and Deluxe lanterns continue in new fresh colours to complement our tents, drawing primarily on disposable batteries for power, with a Colima Classic and Fuego Deluxe offering rechargeable options for reduced day-today running costs. New additions are the stylish Aquila and the Auriga that just need to be touched to turn them on and off. There is no change to our LED torches and headlamps, or our range of wind-up and solar rechargeable radios and lanterns. Accessories – the little things in camping life We aim to make outdoor life as easy as possible – and that means helping campers maintain their equipment and for us to supply all those smaller items that add convenience and comfort to the camping experience. Well, our Accessories category is the one-stop place to find these handy products. Here sits key items needed for maintenance, like special aerosol sprays for cleaning and reproofing a tent, seam sealant and various replacement poles, guylines, rubbers and runners. We supply

tent pegs, too – and the mallets to knock them in and extractors to pull them out. Other tools range from dustpan and brush to multi-tools. Extra comfort is provided by pillows and those wonderful soft, quick drying polyester microfibre towels that no camper can afford to be without – and a rack to dry them on. TempeRATuRe deTeRminATiOn

To determine temperature limits of sleeping bags objectively, the european Standard en 13537 on requirements for sleeping bags specifies the use of a computer-controlled thermal manikin similar in shape and size to the human body. A sleeping bag containing a manikin is placed inside a temperature-controlled climate chamber and tested in accordance with a prescribed procedure to determine the thermal insulation properties of the bag.

The Outwell Duvet Sleep System consists of a bed, cover and duvet supplied in an all-in-one package that makes bed making an easy and pleasurable experience. Just unpack and inflate and you are ready for a good nightâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s sleep! The duvet and cover can be removed for cleaning and maintenance. The collection comprises four models: the Caress Single, Caress Double and Cameo Single and Double. The Caress Single and Double use a flock airbed with pillow and Back Raise System that supports the head and shoulders while reading. The cover zips on and the duvet attaches by hooks with elastic straps at the bottom corners and the cover incorporates small pockets for things like reading glasses. The duvet has a box foot for comfort. The Cameo Single and Double are designed around a 5cm self-inflating mat and features a warm duvet and comfortable mat cover that has an integral pillow pocket.

Specially designed for use with any sleeping bag, an Outwell airbed contributes significantly to ensuring the best possible night’s sleep. Our comprehensive portfolio of airbeds provides a wide choice of beds to suit every occasion – even for occasional use at home. It extends to Flock Excellent in single, double and king sizes; and Flock Classic in black – one with pillow and pump in single and double versions, and a regular model in single, double and king sizes. All feature sturdy PVC construction with that soft velour finish that ensures ultimate comfort. The Flock Excellent airbeds also benefit from a stabilising edge for enhanced stability. Of course, any of our airbeds without a built-in pump will need one as an accompanying essential. Wayfarer and Cruise The Wayfarer and Cruise bags showcase Outwell ingenuity. Both are designed to be packed at home, transported to car to tent and then used as the storage unit without removing the contents. The Wayfarer has a hard panel frame specifically designed so it can be used upright and the end shells can be zipped together to create a small package for convenient storage. A fold-out shelf/divider is also one of the features. The Cruise can be hung from an appropriate rail thanks to strong velcro strapping. Access is via a large zip, and there is a separate ventilated compartment on a Cruise 80 for footwear. The Cruises can be easily packed down flat. Both bags have soft grab handles and shoulder straps.

For 2013 we have added a super new Waldo ‘one-go-system’ folding sun bed, plus new XL chairs. Our striped folding furniture, which comes in black, blue and green to match our tents, now has a new improved steel and alloy frame that has even great levels of scratch resistance. Our Blacktop Collection also benefits from a facelift with the new exclusive and chic subtle logo-embossed fabric. Cushions and towels are now available for the chairs in our Outdoor Furniture range. Ergoflexi continues in refreshing new summer stripes and a fashionable Stone Grey – again embossed. The Outdoor Furniture collection also makes full use of our attractive new logo-embossed designs to decorate tabletops and fabrics. There’s also the Fredericton - a new round table for 2013! BURNER STOVES & GRILLS

Campers who are serious about cooking are rapidly warming to our collection of premium quality tabletop gas stoves. It comprises two ranges: the Chef Cooker Premium and Chef Cooker Deluxe – both are made from steel with top stainless steel burners for long life, and feature accurate flame control with auto piezo ignition for convenience. The Premium stoves come in two versions: the 2-Burner Stove & Grill has a single burner for kettles etc, and a non-stick griddle that’s the perfect healthy alternative to frying. The three-burner version includes an extra burner for use when catering for larger groups. Both stoves have a removable stainless steel drip tray under the grill. The Chef Cooker Deluxe stoves comprise a simple two-burner stove without the customary windshield, one with windshield, and one with a grill underneath. The final additions are the handy-size ‘picnic’ style stove that uses a gas cartridge, and the popular Cazal range of charcoal-burning barbeque grills.

Collaps Tableware How can we apply our Collaps technology to a kettle and our pots? We have designed them with stainless steel bases that can take direct heat while preserving the ability to collapse for easy storage. Fantastic for when space is at a premium! Superior Lanterns Superior hand-held lanterns come in two versions but share many of the same features, such as specially commissioned NiChiA LEDs, rubberised casings that are water resistant, handles for easy carrying and a hanging hook for when they are needed as a lamp.
