About us •

Eurtex is a textile company located in Catalonia (EU) that designs, manufactures and distributes table, bed and bath linen for the hotel and restaurant branch.

We are proud to be an international company, producing for instance, for France, United Kingdom, Deutschland, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Cyprus, Austria, USA, Panamá, Dominican Republic, Canada, México, Singapore, China, Maldives, Oman, Qatar, United Arabic Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Russia within others.

In 1998 Antoni Cuadrench i Fort and his son Joan Cuadrench i Ribas constituted the company Eurtex.

The linen tradition of the Cuadrench family goes back to the middle of the 19th century when Antoni’s grandfather Joan Fort i Palau emigrated to Barcelona and started recycling used jute sacks.

The family business has undergone a constant evolution, maintaining the company as a reference for the commercialization of linen, fibers and synthetic fabrics in the Technical Textiles market since the middle of the 20th century. Under the name of Eurtex, they have been developing in parallel, the design, manufacturing and distribution of table, bed and bath linen for the hotel and restaurant branch.

Sustainability the yarn selection is done through a careful process in which direct contact between the producer and the natural fibre transformer becomes crucial.

It’s also guaranteed that the whole process is done with respect to the ecosystem. Non intensive cultivation, no use of transgenic technologies, pesticides or artificial irrigation coming from desalinated water, which harms the length, fineness and softness of fibre as well as the soil health.
