Creativity and innovation are values associated with manufacturing and a good work ethic. Mastery of production techniques is vital, as is the connection between the creator and the end user. The differentiating elements have to be sufficiently strong, with content and should speak for themself.
When you create and manufacture textile products it is because you believe in what you do. It is something that is done with special passion, therefore it is a great pleasure to be able to make it known.

Creative research
Picking The design weaving is introduced to the high advanced looms using the jacquard technique in order to weave and create the fabric.
Cutting and stitching
We transform the design into ligament, where we define the warp and the weft movements so as to be interpreted by the loom.
Once we have the customer’s briefing all this documentation is put together creating a brainstorming of concepts, ideas, colours, textures and shapes.
Finishing
Art & Design
We sketch a first approach through a mix of all the ideas we have. Then, we work on the artistic design by hand drawing or digital drawing.
When the production process is finished, all the packages are sent to the customer’s location.
An ancient hand-cutting technique and a meticulous stitching as well as the embroidery and festooning brings an excellence touch to the final product.
When the ideas are fixed, a 2D simulation is done, working with the required sizes and fabric. If necessary, we create a 3D simulation to show how will be in the reality. With the digital simulation, customer can visualize clearly the design.
Digital simulation
After weaving the yarns, all the fabrics are put through a bleached process, made with non-transgenic technologies or pesticides that harm the length, fineness and softness of fibre.
The final product is carefully analysed to spot any imperfection. After an accurate ironing, the final product is packaged.
