Sexual health
For some people any sex topic is off-limits. But others, including the World Health Organization, consider sexual health an essential dimension of human health and well-being. From concern over how to have comfortable, enjoyable sex to questions about testing for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and their prevention, many important topics come under the broad umbrella of sexual health. '“Sexual health is an essential and beneficial dimension of being human,” emphasizes Michael McGee, MEd, a certified sexual health educator and adjunct professor at Montclair State University in Montclair, N.J. “People have a right to sexual health, sexual health information including public policy that supports sexual health, and the right to pleasure."
In addition to teaching and advocating about sexual health, McGee counsels individuals and couples on sexual health issues. He says the most common, fundamental question he encounters is, “Am I normal?" This, he argues, is the best reason to be educated about sexual health: to have a realistic understanding of what sexual health is — what the wide range of “normal” is — as well as being better able to take care of your own health and pleasure and that of your partner.
Increase Your Sexual Health Awareness Premature ejaculation and a woman’s ability to achieve orgasm are topics that McGee says his clients often worry about — and appreciate learning how to manage. Other aspects of sexual health that people should be educated about include : * Sex basics Understanding the cycle of desire, stimulation, and response improves sexual health, says McGee. * Reproductive issues Sexual health is intimately related to reproduction. Birth control choices to prevent pregnancy and the steps couples need to take to have a healthy pregnancy are all aspects of sexual health. *Vaginal dryness As women go through changes in their lives, such as pregnancy and childbirth or menopause, they may experience a lack of vagina lubrication. This makes sexual intercourse unpleasant, but there are solutions to this problem.
*Lack of desire A frequent source of conflict between couples, says McGee, is a “discrepancy in desire — one partner wants sex more often than the other." *Erectile dysfunction There are various physical and emotional reasons why men may not be able to achieve an erection for the duration of sexual intercourse. *Physical challenges Physical impairment, health concerns, and other conditions may require creative problem solving in order to have sexual intercourse. Sexual Health: Against Infection
Guarding
Sex can be pleasurable, but it can also be risky. Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) can be uncomfortable or painful; they can have severe, long-term effects that include the loss of fertility and have the potential to be life-threatening. Learning about sexual health means learning about STDs:
*STD identification Learn about the signs and symptoms of STDs as well as the consequences of infection. *Prevention Taking steps to prevent the spread of STDs protects your health and the health of others. *STD testing STD testing is a crucial part of your sexual health plan. Finding out whether you have an STD enables you to start treating the infection and protecting your sexual partners. *Living with an STD Some STDs will be with you for life, such as hepatitis, herpes, and HIV/AIDS. For people living with STDs, sexual health encompasses coping with these infections over the long term. *Intimate partner violence Safety within sexual relationships continues to be a concern. Women may be particularly at risk for sexual violence.
How to Get Help for Intimate Issues Unfortunately, many people wait a long time before seeking a solution to their sexual health concerns, notes McGee: “By the time they come to a professional, usually it has become a pressing need. And it is sometimes very difficult.” McGee recommends seeking help as soon as you have concerns rather than waiting and hoping the problem will go away. McGee is certified by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) as a sexual health educator. Depending on the problems you want to resolve, your sexual health team could include a variety of health professionals, such as : *Primary care doctor *Obstetrician-gynecologist *Urologist *Physical therapist *Mental health professional Whether it’s knowledge about your body or information about treating a specific condition, take
the right steps to get education and any counseling you might need to protect your sexual health. When it comes to work, you dress well, hold your emotions in check, and (usually) show up on time. But most of us don’t apply those same standards to our romantic relationships. And that’s a problem, shows research from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. That said, there’s a fine line when it comes to treating your wife or girlfriend like you treat your boss and coworkers. Extending certain work practices to your private life, though, can significantly lower the amount of emotional strain and conflict you and your partner experience. It could even score you more sex. Here, five ways to get there : Be on time You wouldn’t show up 15 minutes late to a meeting. And it’s not cool to be tardy—or worse, absent—when it comes to weekday dinners at home. Being reliable and punctual shows your partner you respect her, says study coauthor Jill
Bowers, Ph.D. And such shows of respect increase the chances your relationship will last by as much as 65 percent, finds a study from the University of California, Davis. Carve out time just for her You know it’s important to schedule “face time” with an important client. And it’s just as important to give your girl quality one-on-one time, Bowers’ research suggests. Take a tip from long-distance couples and set aside at least 15 minutes a day to talk with her about meaningful subjects—your families or goals for the coming months. Doing that will increase feelings of commitment and satisfaction by as much as 8 percent, finds a study from Cornell University. Keep stress in check You sure as hell wouldn’t discuss your personal problems during team conference calls, would you? Try to project a similar attitude at home. If work stress makes it hard for you to walk in the door at home with a smile on your face, hit the gym before you head home—studies show about 30 minutes of exercise can banish your angst. Hanging out
with a hound also helps lower your stress. Control your temper When you butt heads with that jerk from accounting, you probably don’t shout, slam doors, or toss out sarcastic remarks, Bowers observes. Unfortunately, those behaviors—especially the use of sarcasm while arguing— are among the most commonly used and potent relationships killers, finds research from the University of Washington. The next time you’re pissed at her, force yourself to use inclusive language like “we” and “our,” and avoid “I” or “my.” This linguistic trick reduces negativity, and couples who argue this way report being happier and staying together longer, shows research from the University of California, Berkeley. Look presentable No one expects you to wear a suit and tie at home. But think about how you feel when your girl puts on makeup and high heels to go out with her friends, but rocks the no-makeup-and-sweats look whenever the two of you hang out. Combing your hair and dressing up shows your partner
you care about her enough to make an effort, Bowers explains. She’ll also be more willing to hop in the sack with you: Proper grooming accounts for nearly two-thirds of your attractiveness in a woman’s eyes, shows research from UCLA. There you are — under the covers, disrobed, fooling around with some sexy mystery hunk. Suddenly, you catch a glimpse of his face and … it’s your old third-grade math teacher? That’s when you wake up. Yep, you were having a sex dream, and that doesn’t mean you’re weird or have a raving sex drive. On the contrary, research shows that most Americans dream about sex often: About 8 percent of nighttime reveries involve some sort ofsexual activity, according to a University of Montreal study, with women getting it on in dreamland just as frequently as men. But just why do we have sex dreams? And what does it mean when the other person involved is your boss, your best friend, a young Ringo Starr — or even all three at the same time?
"All dreams, even sex dreams, can be easily connected to things going on in your life,” says Ian Wallace, a dream psychologist and author of The Top 100 Dreams: The Dreams That We All Have and What They Really Mean. “And every character in your dream represents a small snippet of your own personality." Wallace explains it like this: When someone pops up in your sex dream, it doesn’t necessarily imply you want to be intimate with this person. Instead, he or she probably possesses some admirable personality trait (such as leadership skills, kindness, or a flair for fashion) that you recognize in yourself but haven’t yet fully developed. “Showing off your talents and traits requires that you open up and become vulnerable and exposed,” says Wallace — just like sex (which is why your snoozing psyche converts it into this extremely intimate act). Psychologist Gillian Holloway, PhD, agrees: On her dream interpretation Web site, she explains that while some sex dreams may simply be “wish fulfillment” (you probably won’t
be able to score with this person in real life, so you resort to your dreams), sex dreams are usually more complex, reflecting your own personal desires and fearsHere’s a look at who’s showing up in your racy reveries — and why : What It Means When Your Sex Dream Stars.... Your boss Workplace romps may be the most universal sex dream, according to Wallace. But if you and your boss are getting it on in the Land of Nod, does that mean should cut back on those one-onone meetings or skip next week’s happy hour? Probably not. “Sure, you may be sexually attracted to your boss,” says Wallace. “But if you’re having sex with him in a dream, your subconscious is probably becoming aware of your own ability to make decisions and act as a leader.” So once you shake that post-sexdream awkwardness, perhaps you should schedule a date with your boss … to discuss your future with the company.
Your friend Not again! You’ve established a completely platonic relationship with a member of the opposite sex — and suddenly he’s got a leading role in your sex dream. What’s going on? You can chalk this up to your pal having a quality that you admire or see in yourself. Explains Wallace: “People often tell me, ‘I have a friend. He’s ugly; he kind of smells — but I keep dreaming about sex with him. Am I mad?” Quit the worrying. He probably has some talent (his karaoke skills?) that your subconscious is working to develop. Your crush It seems like a no-brainer that the person you’re infatuated will star in your sex dream but why you’re fantasizing about him in your sleep isn’t as obvious. “It’s easy to assume this means you want to have sex with that person,” says Wallace. “But you’re actually being drawn to one of his emotional or spiritual qualities.” (And you thought you had a dirty mind). A celebrity After bosses, celebrities are the most common headliners in
our sex dreams, says Wallace. And interestingly enough, the University of Montreal study found that women were twice as likely as men to have nighttime fantasies about sleeping with a famous person. What’s going on? Even though a romp in the hay with Jennifer Aniston or Denzel Washington may sound like a dream come true, your psyche is simply recognizing a talent you have in common with the star. Your ex You thought you were finally over him, and suddenly he’s back in your dreams — naked. Why must our minds torture us so? According to Wallace, if you’re dreaming about an ex-lover, it could mean that you’re unknowingly repeating bad habits from your failed relationship. Consider this type of sex dream a red flag. Your partner having an affair with someone else If you’re honey “strayed” while you were snoozing, don’t be too quick to worry about what’s going on in real life. This sex nightmare probably has a lot more to with you than him. “When you dream that your partner is
having an affair, it may mean that you’re losing faith in your own abilities or attractiveness,” says Wallace. Perhaps all you need is a confidence boost, and it’ll be you — not that forbidden mistress — starring in your sex dream. A stranger "When people have sex dreams about strangers, the unknown person is often wearing a mask or has no face,” says Wallace. Who is this mysterious intruder? It’s just your subconscious telling you to unmask that talent you’ve been hiding. And according Holloway’s dream interpretation Web site, it may also mean that you’re discovering qualities you want in a partner — even though you haven’t found him yet. Your family member Eek! Having a sex dream with your sibling or parent sounds icky, creepy, and just plain wrong — but Wallace insists it’s completely normal. And once again, it all boils down to your kin’s character. If your dad, sister, or great uncle has some trait that you admire or recognize in yourself, watch out: You may just end up in bed with them …
in your dreams, of course
Bottom line? There’s no need to take that X-rated head trip too literally or start fretting about problems in your real-world sex life. Consider your sex dream the wakeup call you needed to get to know yourself better.
Problems related to rainwater Gertrud K천ima Today natural resources of rainwater are not used very efficiently because it is expensive, it brings many additional obligations and investments. It has not been fixed how to exactly determine the amount of rainwater and consequently it is difficult to set the unit price. Also, a water operator should start preparing new contracts and therefore the formation of a new system is generally being delayed for years. In Estonia there are several monitoring stations that research the composition of rainwater. Monitoring results inform us how much man affects nature with the materials they use. Pollution surveys have been carried out in many countries in the world including Estonia. Due to geographical position of Estonia four seasons are clearly distinguishable.
Large changes take place in the air at the wintertime as the emission of pollutants grows with heating. The most studied substances found form the rainwater are heavy metals. Substances polluting the atmosphere will not vanish into thin air, instead they reach the hydrosphere and soil with rainwater. The main pollutants of the atmosphere are fossil fuels. Also, man has a large effect on it, especially in urbanized areas. The problem that appears in large cities is as follows: the bigger the percentage of hard surfaces in the drainage basin of the rainwater pipeline, the bigger the amount of water being discharged.
Pollution level of rainwater depends on hygiene and user behaviour. Directing cold meltwater through a combined sewer system into a sewage-treatment plant can significantly impair the work of the latter. In order to avoid flooding in the wastewater facilities during heavy showers, precautions should be implemented. Polluted rainwater has to be treated before leading it into a recipient. Directing of rainwater into a sewage-treatment plant should be kept to a strict minimum. The system of BMPs, which includes the best rainwater management practices, has been created to treat rainwater, Combined and separate sewer systems are being used to handle rainwater and other polluted water.
In order to treat rainwater separately from the waste water the following solutions have been developed: *separate sewer system – insulated pipeline has been constructed for rainwater *there is no pipeline for rainwater, but water is being led through ditches *into the recipient or being impregnated into the ground *rainwater is being treated at source *green roofs and permeable pavements.
Rainwater resources can be used for irrigation. If rainwater is separated from waste water, the work load of sewage-treatment plant will be reduced. Collection of rainwater is the main method how to preserve sustainable hydrological cycle in urban environment. It has to be taken into account that the quality of collected rainwater may not be safe. What is more important is that the collection of rainwater helps to raise the level of groundwater. Good surfaces for collecting rainwater for personal use are sod roofs, stone roofs and soil surfaces. In my opinion it is more reasonable to prefer natural solutions: impregnation of water into the ground and leading it through ditches, where it is possible.

Here are some tips as natural that will help you to keep the mosquitos away
Finally summer has come and also mosquitos season has started. It means you and your whole family get bitten like crazy by mosquitos . I would like to make my own natural home made mosquito spray which is a natural bug repellent as I don’t like to use the conventional products that contains harmful chemical ingredients. Most of mosquito bites are harmless but time to time a mosquito bites causes a large area of swelling, soreness and redness. This kind of reaction is most common between the children. For that reason I have brought to you natural solutions which are the best and healthiest way to keep mosquitos off your skin
Natural homemade mosquito spray It’s so simple to make your own mosquito spray; it almost takes just a few seconds to mix it and it’s quite good alternative to the conventional mosquito repellents that are harmful chemical things. Ingredients: *12ose bottle witch hazel *30-50 drops one or more of the following essential oils: citronella, lemongrass, peppermint, eucalyptus, basil, rosemary, tea tree, geranium, lavender and thyme. The more oil you use, the stronger the spray will be. *A funnel *An empty spray container *An empty mixing jar for mixing the contents
Directions: Pour the witch hazel in the mixing jar and add the essential oils. Shake well and place in your spray bottle using a funnel. Shake it before use. But make sure you do not get any in your eyes , when you are using for your kids just place a little bit over a small area to make sure they are not allergic to any of the essential oils. Also here is some tips to get rid of mosquitos: Eat Garlic Some people swear that eating garlic daily repel mosquitoes. It has not been proven effective
in scientific studies yet, but it doesn’t repel mosquitoes, at least you will enjoy the health benefits of garlic. Rotating fan Blades The rotating blades of a fan create currents of air which disturb mosquitoes which can only fly in still air. Beer drinkers beware Give your friend a few bottles of beer so that the mosquitoes will be attracted to him/her.( instead of mosquito spray, just get a beer a buddy).

Project "Youth are in the nature" review
Hello, reader, we are the people that presented Macedonia in the project "Youth are in the Nature" via the organization "Pavel Satev". This project was realized in Amasya, Turkey and it had over 50 participants from 7 different nationalities. Together we learned about life and tradition in different countries. We had a great time together and we made friends with people from all around the world.
On the first day each of the groups presented their organization. Then we visited the Turk Telekom School in Amasya to see how the kids in Turkey study and spend their time during the school breaks. After that we went to the planetarium and watched a documentary about natural events and planets. The second day was spent on Drama Activity. During this activity we were split in two groups. Each group had to create a theatre show and practice it in order to entertain the other group on the last day. Then, in 9 PM we met in the restaurant room in the hotel where our friends from Ukraine and Latvia presented their national tradition, young
people culture, country history and similar things during their culture night. The third day we went to a place not far from the city where we played paintball. We were divided into 5 teams that would battle each other in an area designed for paintball battles. The players on the winner team were awarded by a cool souvenir from Amasya.
The fourth day we had trekking activity in which we walked from Harsena Mountain to Ferhat Mountain on foot. The view of the city from some points of the mountain was very beautiful. This activity was great a great exercise for our stamina. In the night Macedonia and Azerbaijan
presented their countries during the culture night. On the fifth day we went to the YediKir Lake where we learned how to set up a tent. After that we had a picnic around the lake and we learned how to orient in the wild. Then the Bulgarians and Romanians presented their national food, drinks, tradition and similar during the culture night. On the sixth day we practiced more drama and the leaders of the groups had a meeting where they discussed the progress of the project so far. The night was a Turkish Culture night where our hosts showed us different traditional music, dances, food, drinks, customs and a lot of other things. The last day we were told a story which involved bad people. We then discussed the morale of the characters in this story. We had to decide which character is worst
and which is the best. The different opinions and the high number of arguments made this activity very fun. Later that day, the two drama groups presented their show. The drama turned out to be good, considering we almost no time to prepare it. During the last night we received our certificates and we had got a goodbye party. Everybody was sad to leave and we hope to meet each other on another occasion.

TV Shows That You Should 15 Watch This Summer Okan Erkocu
Battlestar Galactica How many seasons: Four epic seasons Why should I watch it: Even non sci-fi geeks can appreciate a show like BSG. The survivors of an apocalyptic fallout have to deal with the decline of the human race, and wrestle with major themes like religion, politics, and the challenges of married life. For all of those reasons — coupled with the crazy plot twists — this is a show best enjoyed from the start. Dexter How many seasons: It’s about to start the eighth and final season of the series! (Insert tears of despair here) Why should I watch it: Dexter has had an enormous journey not just as a serial killer, but as a man struggling to find out if he can keep his life together while under the strain of this huge secret. (Hint: The secret is he kills people.) It’s definitely worth watching from the start to see his descent and eventual — I hope — redemption
Big Bang Theory How many seasons: Seven seasons Why should I watch it: When my friends tuned into the premiere I thought the show was going to be stupid. I was so surprised. This is the first TV show to really showcase nerds with pretty much dead on accuracy. This has a sparkling cast (Jim Parsons is the new and improved David Hyde Pierce) and fantastic humor that ranges from light slapstick to seriously quick wit. This show is a great love letter to nerds, and as such any nerd should give this a try. With a bunch of new (and very lame) shows debuting, it's good to see something worth watching! This premise isn't exactly new but the execution is nothing short of brilliant. Breaking Bad How many seasons: Five glorious seasons of Walter White. Why should I watch it: Walter wasn’t always a super duper meth dealer. In fact, once upon a time he was a great guy with a family to support, and not enough money to do that. Which is why you need to watch his downward spiral from chemistry teacher with a cancer diagnosis to drug lord — if for no other reason than because it’s fascinating and incredibly gripping.
Flash Forward How many seasons: One amazing season Why should I watch it: I thought the opening episode was awesome. I try not to go into new shows trying to make comparisons to other shows I've seen. I just try to take in what I'm experiencing there and then and if you do that, I think you'll find Flash Forward's opening episode pretty good. The concept is great and they have a great cast of actors. What I especially liked was the suspense of it all, what everyone "saw" themselves doing, who they were with, who they weren't with, and so forth. And lastly, is this a supernatural type of story? A natural disaster or phenomenon of sorts? A deliberate event or experiment? Who knows! The natural fear exhibited by the cast is also fairly realistic, when you place yourself in their shoes. I imagined myself in the same situation... what if you caught a glimpse of yourself 6months into the future? What if you didn't like what you saw? Scary...
Friends How many seasons: Ten seasons Why should I watch it: Everyone says that Seinfield is the greatest show ever. I love Seinfield but it doesn't come close to Friends. Every episode of Friends will make you laugh non-stop. We have grown to love the characters and what happens to them. The fitting personalities of these characters are absolute genius. Rachel the spoiled yet sweet girl, Monica the mother figure, Phoebe the hippy chick, Joey the dopey yet cool Italian, Chandler the sarcastic loser and Ross the neurotic victim stay together to help each other with their problems in the big city. I've got every season on DVD. This sitcom, in my opinion, is the greatest sitcom of all time and it changed the TV world forever. It's a great show. How I Met Your Mother How many seasons: Nine seasons Why should I watch it: I loved this show from the time I started watching it until 10 minutes into the finale. HIMYM is raunchy and heartfelt in the perfect balancemaking you laugh, cry, and improve your day. All 5 of the main characters had real life qualities and flaws- making them all the more likable. There were nine seasons and 22 episodes of award worthy sitcom in this show.
Fringe How many seasons: Five seasons Why should I watch it: This is a great show with talented actors and great storyline. You have to see every episode to know whats going on. Nothing for viewers who watches a episode every other week. The people who calls the storyline bad doesn't get it. It's very smart and like "Lost" you have to use your mind to find out the secrets revealed throughout the show. JJ Abrams is a brilliant writer and the cast is perfect. I strongly recommend you who haven't seen this show to have a look. -FROM THE BEGINNINGotherwise you will not understand a thing. Game of Thrones How many seasons: Four so far, and hopefully one million more in the future. Why should I watch it: Season 1 essentially sets up the cutting catalyst for why a group of four families — The Starks, Baratheons, Lannisters, and Targaryens — go to war. (Get ).it? Cutting catalyst? Because of Ned and his… Oh, never mind Even if you’re a big fan of the book series, you need to watch Game of Thrones. That’s because the show doesn’t stick to the book at all times, it veers in very upsetting and unexpected directions. So, if for nothing else, you should watch these so you can bitterly lament how the writers have butchered George R. R. Martin’s work.
Pacific How many seasons: One season Why should I watch it: Very powerful and moving series. Yes it lacks the character focus of Band of Brothers but that wasn't the point of the Pacific. No other war related movie or series comes close to showing the first person experience of battle and the toll it takes on everyone like this one. The Pacific's main focus was on the personal experiences of its characters and how it affected and changed them in a very dramatic and terrible way. Because of this its very dark and ominous. The cheerful reverence and respect to veterans that BoB gave is replaced by the dark, haunting feelings and experiences that would stay with the characters for the remainder of their lives. Viewers will really begin to understand why ww2 vets never liked talking about their experiences in battle and how it permanently changed their lives for the worse and those with similar experiences will understand very strongly what they're attempting to portray. Basically the Pacific says "war is hell" and it will haunt you for the rest of your life. The music plays a key role in depicting the feelings they experienced. So if you want to see through all the praise and hoopla given to war vets marching to "To the halls of Montezuma..." and see it all through their eyes I would recommend nothing other than this series. You will see how in the end every single one of them who experienced battle and survived had still in a way sacrificed their lives. They lost they're ability to live a normal life and had it replaced with one haunted by their past. In the end you will respect them so much more for what they did.
Spartacus Why should I watch it: This was a beautiful and touching version of the classic tale of a brave fight for freedom. The acting was wonderful; Goran Visnjic has a powerful presence and an emotional expression in his starring role. He had a depth to this character that I've never seen so well-portrayed in other versions. Angus MacFadyen's Marcus Crassus was not your typical "flat" villain. And Rhona Mitra was a wonderful Varinia; she and Goran made a perfect couple for the love story in this action picture. The action was exciting, and I'm glad that Goran and the other actors playing gladiators did their own fight scenes.Flipping through a book on Roman history as I watched, I was also surprised to find how historically accurate this version is in both the characters and the events that took place.I loved it! Highly recommended, especially for fans of Roman history who want a more accurate representation of the real event. Prison Break How many seasons: Four seasons Why should I watch it: I have been seeing so many advertisements for this show and I decided to check it out and it's surprisingly good! The acting is well done and everything else. The show is about a guy named Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) who gets arrested and framed for a crime that he didn't commit and now his brother, Michael (Wennworth Miller) installs himself in prison for one reason, to get his brother out of jail!
Sherlock How many seasons: Four seasons Why should I watch it: ..with delight. A brilliantly written, well acted programme. Well done to all concerned. The story had me hooked from the start. All the elements of Holmes are present and correct. So far most of the original characters have appeared, with hints of more yet to appear. It is suspenseful and sometimes genuinely funny. I have read all the original stories, and after the late, great Jeremy Brett, despaired of ever seeing another top notch Holmes film. This is it, Brought up to date into the 21st century, but done with affection and respect to the original. Nice to see the writers have continued the theme of an intelligent (slightly bemused) Watson. CAN WE HAVE A FULL SERIES PLEASE. If not this is one I will return to again and again.
Supernatural How many seasons: Nine seasons Why should I watch it: I personally have been waiting to see a show based on spooky plots and this show delivers. Supernatural is somewhat endearing in that the main characters (the only ones who will be recurring) are brothers, however, the writing makes the characters more believable. They are different from each other, each with their own take on life and things that are not typical. I think as the show goes on it will continue to get better, though it is great now. I can't wait to see more of this show! Another plus is the little bits of humor placed here and there, which, when done right, is always a plus. Some of the best shows/movies are ones in which one minute you are sitting on the edge of your seat biting your nails and the next you are laughing at some irony or funny statement/joke a character has said. Also, having two very attractive men in the cast doesn't hurt, either.
The Walking Dead How many seasons: Four seasons Why should I watch it: "Too Far Gone," the midseason finale of The Walking Dead’s fourth season, was not just a reflection of the Governor's (David Morrissey) power-hungr y temperament. It served just as well as a reflection of the impatient attitude that plagued many fans (present company included) in relation to the show's ambitious new direction. The Governor's final blood-soaked campaign for absolute power changed that right quick. Playing fast and loose with its source material, the ingeniously splintered narrative is remarkable for its refreshing and unpredictable sense of long-form storytelling, genre, and dramatic structure. The show's distinct pacing and attentiveness toward even marginalized characters, though often easy to dismiss, is part and parcel of what makes its vision of weathered hope in a world beyond the brink so damn compelling, finding the humanity in horror that the movies regularly misplace.
12 useful tips what helps to make your life easier Mari P천ldma
You can live your life much easier. Try these following tips and be convinced.
1) To get out of the house on time in the morning, make a playlist of your favorite songs. The list should be as long as you need time in the morning. If the music stops – RUN. Also the songs you love help you to wake up better. 2) To the store ALWAYS go with a full stomach. Otherwise you will want everything and you end up buying a lot on stuff you really don’t want or need. 3) Before hot shower hand a wrinkled shirt/dress/pants somewhere in the bathroom. The steam will iron those wrinkles out without trouble. 4) When you meet someone, always repeat their name. For an example: “Nice to meet you, John!" 5) If you have shoes what are too tight, put on thick socks and press your feet in the shoes and then use hair drier to blow hot air to the places that are tight. Take the socks off and try the shoes on. If still tight, repeat. 6) Always use cash and avoid using card payment. This way
you can always see how much money you actually have. 7) Try to arrange your time so you will get to the meeting 5-10 minutes before the others. It’s better to wait to be waited. 8) Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room not next to the bed. It makes you come out of your bed to stop the alarm clock and this helps to wake up better. 9) Plan your time to eat. If you do this you won’t overeat. Don’t eat while watching TV or while surfing on the internet. 10) Every time you will buy something new to the house throw 2 old things away. 11) Buy emotions not souvenirs and take hope pictures from the trip you had. 12) If the thing you have to do takes less than 2 minutes – do it immediately.
