We are entering Quarter 3 with a continuously steady rise of the average sales Sellers are taking fewer risks with high sales prices and are encouraged to list Buyers are being less aggressive with offers and are more willing to wait for prices not discouraging buyers yet. We hope to continue to see steady sales along home/vacation market, which is typically not as affected by a shifting economy.
