STATE OF THE MARKET

In the third quarter, we saw tremendous growth in the market fo sales volume. Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach each had over Inlet Beach both had over 300% growth. Condo sales were als the biggest driver with a 137% increase. Average sales prices a Grayton Beach nearly doubled with a 98% increase and the ma single family homes. The average price for condos had a 14% was Miramar Beach/Sandestin which saw a 44% uptick in the page 4


or detached single family homes with a 159% increase in r 400% increases in sales volume while Grayton Beach and so up 61% for the market with Miramar Beach/Sandestin being also saw a substantial lift. The average sales price for homes in arket overall had a 41% lift in average sales price for detached increase in the average sales price and again the big driver average sales price. page 5
