Founded in 1990, Execucare was the first recruitment and Executive Search company to specialise in the recruitment of fundraisers in the not-for-profit sector. We work with charities, universities and schools, and arts and cultural organisations to find the best fundraising professionals across the sector. Purpose
Provide support to a Director
Salary
£18,000 - rising to £20,000 after successful completion of 6 months’ probation
Hours of Work
Normal office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Key duties and responsibilities Recruitment Support
Research and Data Management
•
Project manage recruitment assignments from start to finish, ensuring the high standard of service for which Execucare is known continues to be provided to both clients and candidates
•
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the CRM database by updating candidate records, job sheets, and other areas of the database as required
•
Provide support to the Director, working closely together on recruitment assignments
•
Identify candidates on the database to be approached by consultants
•
Represent Execucare as a first point of contact in person, by telephone, and via email
•
Research new candidates on LinkedIn and other online networks
•
Respond to calls, emails and messages on behalf of the Director as required
•
Assist with the production of accurate and informative recruitment reports
•
Meet and greet candidates when they arrive for interviews with consultants
Document Production and Advertising
•

Assist with the production of high quality advertisements and candidate information packs
•
Assist with the posting of advertisements on job boards
Manage the Director’s schedule
General Duties •
Take a flexible approach to work and approach any task as a member of a team

Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
