Key duties and responsibilities Recruitment Support

Represent Execucare as a first point of contact in person, by telephone, and via email
CRM database by updating candidate records,
Respond to calls, emails and messages on behalf of
job sheets, and other areas of the database as required

Acknowledge and save job applications

Arrange interviews with candidates

Meet and greet candidates when they arrive for interviews with consultants

Assist with the production of high quality advertisements and candidate information packs
•
Assist with the posting of advertisements on job boards

Assist with the formatting of documents
Search our database for potential candidates to be approached by consultants
•
Research new candidates on LinkedIn and other online networks
•
