Letter from the Master Thank you for your interest in Clare College, Cambridge. The College has a well-earned reputation for its enlightened strategies and inclusivity, combined with its excellence in teaching and research. We engage enthusiastically with outreach and access in order to attract the best students from all backgrounds, and to support them throughout their time at Clare and beyond. The College is about to embark on its most ambitious and transformative fund raising campaign yet, to mark the 700th anniversary of its foundation in 1326. The target includes raising ÂŁ25 million in new philanthropic donations to restore and redevelop Old Court, which is not only the heart of the College, but is also one of the most beautiful and iconic pieces of architecture in Cambridge. The post of Development Director is a pivotal role within the College, and one that will be vital to this Campaign and our future success. This is an exciting opportunity with immense potential, and we welcome your application.
