She started off her career as a mental health professional, specializing in general psychology (MRes and BSc in Psychology). While working as a therapist and life coach for four years in Saudi Arabia, Nelly offered fitness and dance-fitness classes for females on a part-time basis. At the time, there were limited opportunities for females to get active in the Kingdom. Nelly’s classes helped improve the lives of many, both physically and emotionally.

HATHA YOGA

HATHA YOGA refers to all the Yoga practices we do in modern studios including Vinyasa, Ashtanga as all else. If the 5 elements that are Shatkriyas, Asana, Pranayam, Mudra (& Bandha) and Nada are trained, it is called Hatha Yoga. We'll look at how in modern Yoga we use a limited range of Hatha Yoga practices.
