A Year Dedicated to Celebrating the Camel and its Significance

The year 2024 has been designated as "the Year of The Camel" to honour the unique cultural value that camels hold in the lives of the inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula, spanning from the dawn of history to the present day.

Camels served as a vital means of transportation across vast distances, navigating through the wilderness and alleviating the isolation of long journeys.
