Visitor engagement The longer the visitor stays, the more they interact and buy from exhibitors. The new ODMA Conference and Expo is all about visitor engagement. This is achieved through a deft balance of large and niche industry suppliers, interspersed with educational sessions and superior catering. The venue allows for uniform and consistent aisle-ways, driving visitor traffic to all four corners. There are several tiers of education. Our free Spotlight Seminars are short, on-floor sessions focusing on retail management trends and solutions. The floor layout and stand selection The floorplan has been designed with boutique precincts that will create a more intimate environment for the visitor. Combined with the stages and features, this will increase the level of traffic flow of visitors to each part of the event. SHELL SCHEME Includes carpeted floor space, walls, fascia board with your company name, stand number and two spotlights per nine square metres. OR SPACE ONLY Minimum space is 18 square metres bare floor space. Proposed stand design must include flooring and walls.
