Dear EYP Armenia Alumni and Members, We are happy to let you know that 39 applications for the 11 positions of the Executive Board of EYP Armenia have been received in the scope of the 7 day open call. A joint booklet will be created on Executive Board Elections which will comprise motivation letters, EYP experience, photos, any other information on all the candidates for the specified positions which will help all the Alumni and Members to get to know the candidates and cast their respective vote. The online voting will be launched on February 9th, 12:00 and last until February 11, 23:59 Armenian Time. Overall number of eligible voters is 1059 and comprises EYP Armenia Alumni starting from 2012 until 2015, as well as EYP Armenia registered members of 2015/2016. Your vote will be anonymous and won’t be known to any candidate or EYP affiliate but Elections Committee. You can cast ONLY 1 vote, the system won’t let you vote twice. The Elections Committee has the e-mail addresses and mobile numbers of all the eligible voters, thus any vote from non-EYPer will not be counted in the elections. IMPORTANT: In the online voting, to ensure you are Alumnus, you will be asked to tick the box of the 1ST EYP EVENT you got involved in. Check out the pages 3-33 to see when you got involved in EYP for the first time (in case you forgot) and make sure you tick the right box during the voting: the event under which you are registered in the EYP Armenia Alumni database. In case you participated in several EYP events, you are still registered as EYP Armenia Alumnus under your 1 st event in EYP. In case you haven’t participated in any event yet, but are registered EYP Armenia Members 2015/2016 you fall under the section “Member of EYP Armenia 2015/2016 who hasn't participated in any EYP Event yet”. The online voting will be closed on February 11, 23:59 Armenian Time. The voting results report will be issued on February 12, 21:00 Armenian time comprising the vote allocation among candidates by the Alumni/Members percentage segregation.
