Motivation statement EYP occupies a big part of my heart! Thanks to EYP I understood what I want to do in my life and become an event organiser. All those people I've met during different Sessions helped me to look on life things from the other side. I can't convey emotions I've experienced again thanks to EYP. I can hardly imagine my life without this awesome organisation and its people. That's why I want to make more, develop EYP and myself.
Programme statement 1. To maintain the current database. 2. To build strong HR team. 3. To work out an interview strategy (what to ask and how to conduct interview with potential members). 4. To coach and develop my team in HR sphere. 5. To provide high quality events like Alumni weekend etc. 6. To communicate regularly with EYP-UA members (at least 1 letter in a month) - encourage them to participate or organise some events/ meetings, motivate them, help to develop. 7. Trainings (on-line webinars) from departments for members for clear understanding of working process. 8. To prepare next Board members.
Your personal provisional contribution to EYP Ukraine My biggest contribution is my knowledge that I can transfer to the next generation! Also my time and efforts to make my plans come true. 1st InterRail in Zaporizhya where I was HO showed that there are so many young bright people all over Ukraine. I like to find new people and help them to reveal their talents.
