Hi there, We are Tonia and Kseniia and we are looking for a team of individuals who would like to create something special and become a part of a great adventure! Considering the first-time delegates and officials are put under high pressure during EYP sessions, our main goal is to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can feel welcomed, valued and included. Moreover, we want to create a sustainable environment by using sustainable materials and separating waste. As Head Organisers, we put a strong emphasis on experiential learning, communication and both mental and physical health of all the participants. We deeply care about the atmosphere within the organising team. That`s why we will work towards creating an environment where everyone feels heard and appreciated. The positive and friendly approach will be the core of our leadership style. The organising team structure We are currently looking for 8-10 team members to shape this event together. There will be 4 main areas: Human Relations You will take care of the session`s participants, ensure they have all the necessary information before and during the session; support and help them.
PR&Communications You will be able to show your creativity through designing layouts and printed materials, managing social media and external communication with the press. Finances&Fundraising You will help to secure the funding for the session, communicate with sponsors and partners. Venues, Catering&Logistics You will secure venues for different session activities, as well as provide meals for participants. You will also work on planning the logistics.
Requirments We are looking for passionate and motivated people to join us! It will be great if you have an organising experience inside or outside EYP, but it is not obligatory. The most important thing is your dedication and willingness to contribute to the success of this event. As we pay a lot of attention to the session atmosphere, we want our organisers to be able to work in a team, communicate effectively and think creatively in a difficult situation. My name is Alice and I am looking for partners in crime to create a new page in the history of EYP Ukraine!My vision of Zaporizhia Regional Session 2020 is based on a foundation of respect, gratitude and support and continues to grow. The main idea “Inspiration - search from within and outside” provides an opportunity for both reflection and action - to move forward together and find new sources of inspiration and motivation. A year ago, I’ve come up with an idea of making my own unique session with a cozy atmosphere that will be remembered by both delegates and officials for a really long time as the best session ever. I have a great desire to inspire people to self-development and search for new sources of inspiration and truly believe that Zaporizhzhya 2020 will help us to make new friends and gain energy to achieve new goals and dreams!
