The Breakfast Club – part 3
1. Bender pulled the fire alarm, Claire skipped class to go shopping, Allison said she had nothing better to do, Brian had a flare gun in his locker and Andrew taped the buttocks of another student together. 2. John was a victim of child abuse. Andrew has a bad relationship with his father that keeps pushing him to be better. Claire's parents pamper her, she's snobby and is pressured by her friends. Allison has no friends, is quiet and is neglected by her parents. Brian is suicidal, at home he's pressured to be perfect and is depressed. 3. John reveals his softer side, Andrew tells them about his father, Claire falls for Bender, Allsion changes her makeup and hair and Brian opens up about his depression. 4. Everyone opens up and shows a different side of them. They're all really sad or angry and have a bad family life. They become friends. 5. I think they are going to keep being friends and not ignore each other. They might see each other after school or talk a bit at school, but not hang out much. 6. It's shown through the kids, for example, Claire's friends control her and put peer pressure on her. All of them are either peer pressured or pressured by their parents (fx. Brian and Andy). They needed to find their own voice and control their lives. They're all different.
