Greetings all! As we creep inexorably towards the summer months, now is the time to get those last few weekends in on the water and make the most of what is left of the glorious spring weather.

We found a thousand ways to do that at the Dubai International Boat Show last month, though it would be impossible to feature them all in one magazine. However, you can still see a few of our favourite finds on our yacht and boat pages. Our cover story, for example, is a most beautiful superyacht we were told about by the guys from Lurssen at DIBS that is, in fact, available for charter from Moran Yachts – a snip at EUR1.2 million a week!

The stunning Boston Whaler 420 Outrage in our boats section was actually present at the show, as was the Axopar 37 also featured on those pages. Both are stunning and luxurious boats that take pleasure cruising to whole new level.

Our Smart Charter section also features a yacht we came across at DIBS – the unique Desert Rose party/event cruiser, which boasts quirky design and impressive features.

And in final news, once again we returned to the impressive Yas Marina Circuit to put the new Porsche 911 Carrera S through its paces. The new 911 is now available with rear-axle steering, which has a mind-blowing effect on the car’s cornering.
