In celebration of Lebanon, its food, culture and above all its women who are recognized for their contributions to the country’s extraordinary cuisine, Debs W Remman, the proud “Ambassador of Lebanese Cuisine” in Qatar, recently hosted a first of its kind event series at its restaurants in Medina Centrale, The Pearl and Mall of Qatar. The event saw two talented Lebanese mothers including Mrs Arze and Mrs Georgette from Lebanon, bring to life authentic kitchen recipes at the restaurant’s two outlets. The special cooks were exclusively flown in to Qatar to share their passion for cooking and Lebanese heritage with Doha’s community.

The journey saw the two proud ambassadors of the country’s rich gastronomic heritage share their favourite home-style, wholesome and flavoursome typical Lebanese recipes with selected members of the media, who were among the lucky ones to try out these unique dishes first-hand, and take back from the experience authentic expert tips.

Being hosted by Debs W Remman to narrate the story of Lebanon and its famous cuisine, the unique culinary initiative will see the special homemade dishes finding a permanent spot in the restaurant’s main menu. More Lebanese mothers and grandmothers will be hosted by Debs W Remman in the months to come until November 22, coinciding with the Lebanese Independence Day celebrations, allowing more food lovers in Qatar the opportunity to be part of this heart-warming experience.
