For more than 40 years, Pro Tapes has supplied adhesive tapes to the fine arts community. Artists have grown to love and trust our products and, over the years, our tapes have been used for everything from crafts to fine art installations. Since the pandemic, they’ve also served a medical purpose. Last March, we quickly worked to provide tapes for face shield fabrication, medical tapes, and medical-bag sealing tapes essential for testing. By marketing them both locally and globally, we were able to restock tape supplies at many hospitals and medical facilities. Our clean-removing adhesive tapes were used to mark intervals for social distancing. Many of those marks are still on the floors of pharmacies, grocery stores, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and art-supply stores. We also established the Small Business Advisory Network to help small businesses get up and running after the shutdown. It provides access to the best ideas from our customers, suppliers and longtime business associates on topics that include operational safety, cash management and finance strategies, sales and marketing strategies, and material and services sourcing.
