CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Prep Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 40 mins Serves: 4

Ingredients

ȩ 1kg minced chicken ȩ 3 diced carrots ȩ 5 diced potatoes ȩ 1 cup of shredded cabbage ȩ 1 tbsp oil ȩ 1 chopped onion ȩ 400g can diced tomatoes ȩ 700ml bottle passata sauce ȩ 3 ½ cups chicken broth/water ȩ 1 tsp minced garlic ȩ Salt and pepper

Steps

1. Heat oil in a large pot, sauté onions for 2 minutes.

2. Cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned.

3. Add potatoes, carrots, and shredded cabbage.

4. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

5. Add diced tomatoes and the bottle of passata sauce

6. Simmer until vegetables are done.
