TUNA MORNAY

Ingredients

ȩ 2 x 425g cans tuna drained ȩ 1 can chicken soup (concentrated) ȩ 1 can chopped tomato ȩ 2 onions ȩ 3 tbsp oil ȩ ½ cup breadcrumbs ȩ 1 cup shredded tasty cheese ȩ 1 tbsp margarine ȩ 1 packet pasta ȩ Diced carrots, corn or peas

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Fry onion in the oil until it is soft, rub the margarine into the breadcrumbs then mix with the grated cheese.

3. Combine the onions, soup, chopped tomatoes and tuna.

4. Place the mixture into greased oven proof dishes and sprinkle with the breadcrumb and cheese mix.

5. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes or until heated through.

6. Cook the pasta while the mornay is in the oven.

7. Serve with side salad.
