PGCHE
Founders Rob Sanders and Colin Philipson (pictured, right) met through Launchpad and ploughed their love of the countryside and all things tech into Glas Data. Their concept was to unlock and simplify the value of data in the world of agriculture and to put power firmly in the hands of farmers. Using the Internet of Things to monitor everything from the temperature of milk to the health of dairy herds, the cloud-based data management tool is helping to save farmers time and money while improving efficiency and yields.
Two years on from participating in Launchpad, Glas Data has grown into a team of seven and is helping to revolutionise the world of precision farming.
