Carmel Facilities and Transportation Center
Carmel, IN
Carmel’s Facilities and Transportation staff were housed in undersized and outdated facilities. Fanning Howey collaborated with users to completely transform the work environment.
The design team resized and rearranged offices to improve work flow and increase communication. Sliding glass doors increase collaboration and transparency. Upgraded finishes and an improved color scheme give the space a modern feel. The design team also increased daylighting with larger windows and solar tubing. An all-new mechanical system works to increase energy efficiency.
Carmel Facilities and Transportation staff are now proud of their re-imagined building and excited to come to work.
