WHAT IS JOB INTERVIEW? A job interview requires multiple sides of parties to get involved in, typically involving the interviewer, employer representative and the job applicant. Both sides will conduct a conversation and assessment session which will be evaluated before confirming or hiring the applicant.


3 COMMON TYPES OF JOB INTERVIEW COMPETENCY BASED INTERVIEW Competency-Based Interview depends on the position you are interviewing for.

PANEL INTERVIEW In Panel Interview, candidates will be interviewed by the panels from the company

GROUP INTERVIEW Group Interview is conducted within a group of candidates, where the candidates will be asked questions by the panels of the company, and will take turns or be quick in answering them.
