“Everything starts with an idea”
A
When looking at an object, there’s limitless ways to see it in a different way, it’s just a matter of allowing yourself to accept changes. Sometimes the most difficult thing to do is to let go of the restricted mindset of thinking in the box. I prepare myself to await challenges because I seek knowledge that can only be achieved through experience. My designs put the users first. A space is only a space when there are users and functions. I strongly believe that everything starts with an idea. Ideas carried out and developed through time to achieve perfection and changes are often made. I put full thought in consideration for every space in believing that creating a sense of space will create a psychological comfort and will give meaning to the building.
By studying history, designing with reflecting appreciation of history infused with poetical spaces is what i believe creates a strong sense of place. I’ve always been in love with art since childhood, and often find myself visiting buildings that holds great architectural work and it makes me realize how important our memories through our 5 senses is to a space and I intend to utilize the 5 senses in my designs.
My methods of designing follow the considerations of essential issues and mostly focused on improving the site. the spaces in the building being thought through with function and poetics, interconnecting all the spaces in the building as a narration, considering climate and site analysis, most importantly, sustainability. Creating design processes through sketches and developing the design and perfecting the concept and functionality of spaces brings the building to life.
rchitecture is like creating artistic sculptures for people to dwell in. It’s one of the perspectives of how I look at architecture. If there is no art, no passion, no poetics, buildings would have no meaning and would never reach architectural advancements as how we see buildings today. After several years of studying and being exposed to architecture, I see the world a lot differently and I could say, it opened my mind to think broader and in a more creative way. My passion for architecture and art allows me to integrate poetic spaces and endeavoring the art of living spaces. I believe that time plays a big role in architecture. History and development shaped the world of what we see today.

MORROCAN TEA HOUSE The Tea House is to accommodate the users who seeks a get-away from the busy city and to enjoy tranquility with tea and landscapes. The design takes the influence of Morocco culture in tea drinking and considerations for achieving optimum tranquility. The tea house embeds itself within the landscape on site portraying respect to the site as well as a water feature that connects to the existing river creating a calming environment. Special tensile membrane installation on the roof shades the outdoor spaces while becoming a landmark within the Bharat Tea Valley, Cameron Highlands. The aspects of the site, shapes the design and hope to shape the users to beva one with the site.

Site Plan NTS
With the concept of ‘Tree House’, the N.A.C embed s itself with the context, taking advantage of the site. The building holds the feature of ‘Nature Routes’ which gives an opportunity for the users to experience nature by walking through the routes that is planned to surround the mangrove trees whilst providing a learning and appreciative experience. In sustainability, implementation of natural lighting and ventilation is considered. Careful planning of orientation considering the spaces creates a facade of the building. Activities the NAC offers are nature tour guide, star gazing and nursery. The biggest factor of the building is the journey it gives to the user throughout the built routes. It is an activity by itself. When a user walks through the routes, unintentionally the user experiences nature. The building and the site works as one.
