Farmer’s Table Buying Practices:

We source exclusively from local, small sustainable farms in our state for all our proteins, produce, and grains. The exception to this is potatoes and onions, which do not grow in enough quantity to source locally. We buy bell peppers in the winter and supplement local carrots & celery occasionally. Other than that, we won’t serve it if we can’t buy it grown in Arkansas. We proudly serve many locally made products as well, such as kombucha, pickles, and breads. In 2016 we supported over 100 different small farmers and producers. We only cook in organic coconut oil, olive oil or ghee. No GMO’s whenever possible.

Zero-Waste Kitchen:

All edible leftovers are donated to hunger relief. All food waste is composted or fed to local poultry.

Green Business Practices:

Natural cleaning products where possible. We recycle and compost. Our on-site gardens are chemical free. We use recyclable to-go containers. We practice mindful purchasing practices and aim to always support local whenever we can.
