letter from the guest editor s the leaves impress upon us their faithful copper colors, we welcome October and prepare for the coming harvest. However majestic, the beauty we have come to depend on has been marred with tragedy worthy of a Shakespearian sonnet. One music filled night, along the world-famous Las Vegas strip, 58 lives were taken in what would become the largest mass shooting in US History. No stranger to such senseless loss, we endure raging fires in California, life altering hurricanes from Houston Texas to the devastated shores of Puerto Rico. If ever there was a need to gather our goods and prepare for the coming bounty, that time is now. Giving of ourselves, generously, is paramount now more than ever. This month’s issue showcases individuals sharing their craft and artwork with those who we imagine would love to know that all is not lost. To the many families touched by such overwhelming adversity, much love and support, the harvest is coming. Most Fashion has collected a versatile and diverse group of talent for this month issue. Tiffany Stanley an Irish rose exposing her fiery brand of art to the enquiring eye. Those engaging selfies provide an unfettered view to the Emerald Isle beauty and the grass is definitely greener.
pretty picture. With her uncanny ability at persuasion the clever actress, producer and television host manages to make hustle and grit look sexy. The loveliest spider you ever did see, dons the October cover. Kaila Metheven is a certified enigma and we are more than prepared to go the distance at figuring her out. The Heiress and celebrity couture designer lives her life in exquisite color and it is our complete pleasure sharing every luscious hue with our readers. As if we could stop there, we are thrilled to introduce Miss Teen Malibu, Kaylyn Slevin. Our royal beauty is an exercise in, “hard work… gets results.” Realizing her strengths and ability at such a young age ensures success will be the best part of this young talents story. As always, our pages are steeped in images of rare beauty, unique images and pure art. Featuring Alee’s Hassan, hauntingly stunning images; Eric Ouaknine’s expressive European flair; High exposures and glamour from Denis Durand as well as Waleria TokarzewskaKaraszewicz material world images. Our humanity is the very best of us. Sharing our compassion, brother and sisterly love and empathy feeds our creative souls and allows us to express ourselves in so many ways. Take a moment to research ways to help those in need. We appreciate the talented individuals that shine their light between our pages and every single one our readers, even the skimmers. Give generously, the harvest is coming.

Q&A You started your career with Miss Universe Ireland Pageant in 2010, what impact do you think the pageant had in your life? The Miss Universe pageant taught me so much. The pageant helped launch my modelling career in Ireland and within two years I had become a household name. I am very thankful for everything they taught me and for the life changing opportunities it presented.
What is the relevance of a beauty pageant in the society? I think pageants teach girls a lot about communications, compassion, making friends and of course, all the beauty tips and secrets you learn along the way. It can be a good place to start if you want a career in modelling or even acting. What constitutes true beauty?
True beauty is a beautiful heart and soul. It comes from within. How would you describe your personality? My personality is sweet, yet shy at first, then bubbly and fun! I love to talk and enjoy the art of good conversation. My friends would probably say I’m cute, funny and playful, I’m always making jokes and being silly. What philosophy or value do you hold dearest to you?
Always be kind to others. Don’t judge people. Everyone has their own battles in life, so it’s important to be compassionate and kind on our journey through life.

You have lots of new projects you are working on at the moment. Tell us about your upcoming movies and when should we expect them to be out? I have a very exciting horror film coming out soon, but I can’t say too much about it just yet. I also shot two comedy films this year and those are in postproduction. I really enjoy acting and it’s fun to play different characters and travel also.
Who do you think is the sexiest man alive today?
Great question! I’m a huge fan of Kit Harington from “Game of Thrones”. He is so talented and handsome. Brad Pitt and Steve Carell are also pretty sexy; I was a huge fan of Steve in 40 year old virgin. Humor is so sexy to me!

Tell us about your experience shooting for Maxim and Esquire Magazine?
I have shot for Maxim and Esquire many times, they are great publications to work for and its always so much fun on set. My recent cover on Maxim Africa was released in January and I am shooting two more covers this month. It was always my dream to become a cover model as a little girl. What should every woman try at least once in her life? Cutting out alcohol! You will notice how beautiful and clear you skin becomes. It’s definitely worth a shot from a beauty standpoint.
You been involved with Irish Heart Foundation, why did you select this foundation?
Heart Disease is on the rise in Ireland and across the world. So much of it is avoidable by following a good diet and exercise regime, so I think it’s important to highlight this and save lives. Diets high in animal protein and saturated fat are a recipe for disaster. As humans, we need to eat mostly plant based foods, this is what nature intended for us to do. Tell us about your experience working with PETA and the photo shoot you did for them. Do you own your own pets?
PETA works tirelessly to help animals all over the world. I am a huge fan and advocate for any charity that helps animals. I currently own a pug called Piglet who lives with me in LA, but growing up I had all sorts of pets, horses, dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, all sorts. I grew up in the countryside and we had so many pets, it was always so much fun. What do you want your fashion style to say about who you are?
I like to look feminine and relaxed. I’m a fan of summer dresses and long flowing skirts. I am a self-confessed “girly girl”, I like my style to reflect that.
12 ||
FASHION M A G A Z I N E || OCT-NOV 2017
What are the first items you gravitate toward when shopping? Are you interested in designing your own line of clothing?
Yes I would love to design my own range of sportswear! I work out a lot and it’s hard to find gym clothes that are both fashionable and practical. When I go shopping it’s usually toward the dresses section, although I do like casual looks too, like ripped jeans and a funky retro t-shirt.
Do you stay active with social media and your followers? If so, how do you leverage it?
I am very active on social media and like to connect with my fans online. I mostly use IG and Snapchat, as these are the most active. I use it to promote my career, shoots and any upcoming projects. Plus it’s always fun to chat with fans on there! You are also a fitness guru, where should people go to learn more and to follow your tips? Follow my IG @tiffanystanley1 as I post lots of live videos on my daily routines.
Where do you like to see yourself in the next 5 years? I see myself acting in a successful TV show, living in LA, hopefully married and who knows, maybe even considering becoming a mom.

rovocative, sultry, seduction, delivered to your device in one delicious sixtysecond snap chat. Intrigued, yes Caitlin O’Connor has that effect on MOST mortals. Social media’s exquisite new addition is an actress, host, film producer and selfdescribed expert cuddler. Born in Los Angeles, raised in Uniontown Pennsylvania, Caitlin grew up in her grandparents’ home with her recently divorced mother. Adjusting to the slightly slower pace, our girl focused on school, family and spending time with friends at local hang outs. Eventually, the city of angels would soon beckon her home.

So much more than a lovely face, this red-carpet host holds an English degree from the highly competitive UCLA. Not willing to rest her hopes on the exterior, an education at one of the top ranked schools would surely secure her longevity in an everchanging industry. MOST spoke with the versatile talent about being a social influencer, her love for boxing and that one crazy interview in a bath tub. Allow us to make a simple prediction, sixty-seconds of this enchanting creature and you will be no different from any of the millions of followers that she already has…Like.

Q&A Canelo or Golovkin?
I love Canelo - he is such a strong sturdy fighter. GGG is a powerhouse as well. In their recent fight that ended in a draw, I felt like GGG was the winner! If you could promote your own fight, which two boxers, past or present would you like to see go toe to toe and why? My favorite boxers are Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto and I’d love to see that fight! Your grandfather, a bare knuckles boxer introduced you to the sport. What other fond memories do you have about growing up in Uniontown Pennsylvania?
I miss a lot about Uniontown! My grandparents have both passed away and I miss them terribly - I grew up in their home. A few of my favorite places in Uniontown were Young’s Bakery and our local Walmart and shopping centers where I spend countless hours with my friends. After applying to UCLA on a whim and subsequently being accepted, you made your way back to LA to study English. Tell us a bit about your time at school and why it was important for you to get your education. As an actress, I feel it is incredibly wise to be wellread and well-experienced. College facilitates so many things for a young woman especially one looking to be successful in entertainment.

Highly educated and beautiful, there Is a fine line between following and obsessing. How do you navigate some of the more salacious comments? I delete a lot of the comments I get on my Instagram page because I do not tolerate bullying nor hateful words on my social media. If a comment or message is nice or even seemingly obsessive I think it’s cute! ...Unless a boundary is crossed toward threatening behavior; then I will delete and block a person.

What is Social Influencing and how has it shaped your brand?
My love of Face Book and My Space in high school sparked a social media career for me that I never sought. Social influencing consists of models, actors and social media personalities that you love posting about their favorite brands, companies, celebrities and everything in between to get their followers to notice what they are promoting. For the novice, how does snap chat work and how is Arsenic Snap Chat making a name for itself as well as a host of up and coming new talent? Snapchat is one of the best social media platforms that you can be on, if you don’t have a Snapchat account, go download it now! You won’t be disappointed. Arsenic is a platform for young women of all shapes and sizes to be themselves in a way that is meaningful, wild, carefree and real. Arsenic is one of the best known brands on snap and also one of the most watched.
nepotism is part of the industry but if you work hard you will reap the benefits of your diligence; or that a woman over forty cannot carry a lead role or hold her status as a leading lady. I think both of these rumors and misconceptions are false. Let’s talk about American Satan. Take us on the set of this all-star cast. Tell us about your character Raven and what drives her.
American Satan is in theaters Friday, October 13th! This is definitely an all-star cast and it’s an honor to be amongst celebs like Denise Richards and Olivia Culpo, two of my idols! I play Raven who is a seductress in demonic form, she leads one of the lead characters astray!
Dress: House of Harlowe
As a part of the Arsenic family what are some of your duties and responsibilities?
Being part of the Arsenic family means that you don’t really have any duties or responsibilities because you are part of the fam! But for Arsenic I work as a model and TV host. I also produce some of their segments on Snapchat. Having made so many positive connections in the industry you’ve branched out to acting in movies as well as producing. What are some of the biggest misconceptions about the industry that you have encountered? The entertainment industry is a magical world that I am very lucky to have the opportunity to navigate. I think a few stereotypes in the industry are: that it is impossible to break into the acting world if you are not someone’s family member,

By Denise Smith
A celebrity lingerie designer, Madam Methven creates works of art using the finest fabrics from the south of France. Educated abroad in romantic cities such as Paris and Florence, these made to order pieces showcasing her signature style are sought after by A-list celebrities and Royalty. Born in Santa Monica, California, Kaila spent the first fourteen years of her young life soaking up the sun along the pacific oceans picturesque beaches. Relocating to Paris France to continue her education, this apt pupil would soon embark on a vocation that would bring our unmentionables to the forefront. Much to the delight of men as well as women of all shapes and sizes, she would finally find her calling. Most had the pleasure of visiting with this exotic beauty who weaves a tale of luxury, romance and eroticism with a certain Joie de Vivre. We’ll be the first to say it, bite me.

Q&A What do you love most about a woman’s body? Why lingerie?
I feel like I’m a man stuck in a woman’s body. I’m able to tell what looks good on a woman, what fabrics and trim to bring appeal to her curves. All woman are beautiful in every shape and form that’s how I design lingerie for them; Lingerie emphasizes a woman’s values. Let’s take a step back...are you South African born? How much time did you spend in your homeland? Do you have any memories of your time there?
I was born in Santa Monica. My mother was born in SA, grew up there and moved to the US when she was 17. I went to SA when I was a baby. I do have a memory of going on a safari with my mom. Tell us about your parents? What do they do for living? Are you a large family, brothers or sisters? Are you a close family? (How in the world does fried chicken fit into this story) forgive us, we had to ask.
My grandfather Stanley Methven created Rainbow Chicken Unlimited, which were factories full of chicken. He provided chicken in all of South Africa and he was the first provider of chicken for KFC. Over the years, the Methven family became the 3rd richest family in South Africa. From there they partnered with KFC and expanded globally. They sold the company in 1991. I was just born then in 1991 so I guess I missed the whole chicken phenomenon lol. After leaving South Africa, did you travel to the US or straight to Paris? How old are you at the time?
I was 14 when I moved to Paris from Los Angeles. I stayed there for about 10 years, and earned my bachelor and master degrees. I then moved to NYC. When did you discover your creativity? Was it a love for drawing, a natural ability for mending clothes or simply a desire to learn about fabrics and the like? I discovered my creativity because I had so much emotion and I was able to express it through the 64 ||

beauty of the body of a woman. That was at the Dior fashion show. I wanted to be able to express all my emotions and show the world my erotic craziness through lingerie. I wanted to make the world’s most expensive lingerie. I wanted to use lingerie to make men fall in love again. Paris, where style, elegance and couture are synonymous with the very breath of life. How has this magical city shaped your unique & provocative sense of style?
Paris is absolutely why I am who I am today. It really was hard at the beginning as an American to adjust to the French culture and learn the language. But after a year or two I discovered the beauty and essence of Paris, the Crazy Horse, the Moulin Rouge, the history. That’s what shaped who I am today. If you could bottle your time in the City of Lights.... what would it smell like?
It would smell like champagne, love, eroticism, roses, great wine and cheese, and a beautiful man. Equally as lovely...you continued your education in Florence Italy. Tell us a bit about your time there.
Well my time there was absolutely stunning, I mean it’s a beautiful city, I attended Polimoda for 4 months, I discovered all the houses for Couture, I visited the Atelier San Lorenzo, the Gucci museum, the jewelry was amazing, the food was miraculous, I would always have cocktail at the Savoy Hotel after school. It was just absolutely romantic. I fell in love with this city, I wish I could lie and say I’m Italian. I discovered my favorite red wine in Italy Brunello.
While in Italy you were introduced to the world of Dominatrix after a chance encounter with a women in a cafe. Without making us blush... what was it about the lifestyle that spoke to you? How has it influenced your work? I wanted to have complete power, and I wanted to switch roles in the bedroom, but still look gorgeous, like a princess in the bedroom. Speaking of the work, you currently have four different lines available. Can you give us a brief description of each?
Made to Adore: custom made for A list celebrities, princesses, royalty. Pieces are made out of diamonds,
Tahitian pearls. We have pieces up to 4M. Latrodectus: My first collection is very baroque, renaissance, with hand beaded pearls, feathers. I design my own fabrics in the South of France, they create it and then send it back to me for my designs. It is very theatrical. Mademoiselle: It is more of an everyday wear but still with the most luxurious fabrics from South of France, keeping the same style, very Marie Antoinette. LBKM: It is most affordable line, for everyday wear, going for $20 to $60. All my lines have my authenticity, signature, feeling, and empowerment, I want every woman to have the same feeling in the bedroom. www.MOST mag.com ||

You have said “I’m not selling sex, I’m selling love, I’m selling a sexual experience”...why do you think society has a problem with expressing their sexuality?
I think Americans overwork, we don’t take time for anything, we have a limited historical culture, there is an 80% divorce rate here in America. It is very difficult today with all the social media, dating apps, to find love. It is very easy to have sex, it is very difficult to find love. Clearly living the dream, what happens when you wake up?
Every day I wake up and I thank God. Are you active in social media? How do you find time to interact with your followers?
I am very active on the social media. Interacting with my followers is one of my first priorities because it is so important for my followers to know that I am close to them and that we are feeling the same feelings, emotions, and love. You can follow me @madamemethven, on Facebook - Madame Methven, and my website www.madamemethven.com How do you define success?
Success is how much you believe in yourself. Where do you like to see yourself in the next 2-5 years? Hopefully I will be married with kids building churches in unprivileged countries.

KAYLYN SLEVIN By Denise Smith Focus your attention on the bright new talent that is Kaylyn Slevin. As the reigning Miss Teen Malibu, Kaylyn has never been afraid of hard work. With help from supportive parents, this budding triple threat has her sights set on success and she has the crown to prove it. Modeling, dancing and acting keep Kaylyn busy but with the right balance of work and play, it’s just plain good fun for her. Did we mention, she’s only sixteen? Most spoke with the Chicago native about living in California, what it’s really like behind the scenes at pageants and where she sees herself five years down the road. We can assure you, the objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.

Q&A You have spent most of your young life living in California. Tell us what it’s like growing up in the city of Angles. As an only child, you must spend quite a bit of time with family, what are some of the things you like to do together? Los Angeles really is full of opportunity and there is so much to do from the beaches to the city. I live in a really beautiful town called Calabasas, west of LA. I love it, but I think it is also a place where you have to remain humble and grounded. Too many people get caught up with what everyone else is doing and it just becomes superficial so it is important to stay true to yourself and surround yourself with genuine people and focus on yourself and not compare yourself to others. I was actually born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, in a town called South Barrington, until about the age of 9 or 10 when I started living most of my time in California, so it was a bit of an adjustment. I was already quite familiar with L.A. because my parents always had a home in Palm Desert, which is about 2 hours east of L.A., when I was growing up. They loved getting away in the winter because Chicago has the most brutal weather! Although gorgeous and sunny in Palm Desert, it can get boring so we would end up in LA on the weekends. We also had property in Hawaii and I remember traveling between the 3 places with my parents every year. My dad loves to golf and my mom loves the beach, so growing up I remember golfing with him a lot in the desert and finding seashells and watching the sea turtles and playing in the sand building castles with them at the beach! While in Chicago, my parents took me to a lot of plays and theatre performances. It is really where my love for the entertainment industry was found. I wanted to be on that stage! My dad also loves to cook so holidays were always usually spent at our house in IL with all the family coming to our house for my dad’s amazing cooking! I am very close with my parents and I love being with my family. Family is very important to me. Pursuing a career in the entertainment industry requires a certain determination, strong sense of self & resilience. What are some of the values & encouragements your parents have shared with you to keep you positive & motivated? My parents treated the entertainment industry as a hobby for me since I was so young. They never pressured me into anything or pushed me too hard. If I wanted something badly, they would make sure I was prepared, but never put too much pressure on me. They wanted to make sure I loved every minute of it and that it stayed fun for me! Although they taught me that it was still very important to be professional and instilled an 82 ||

incredible work ethic in me from a young age. If I didn’t book an audition, they never dwelled on it and so I usually moved on from them pretty quickly. When I started to question why I didn’t book something they encouraged me to move on to the next and taught me that when one door closes, others will open and just keep moving on and never give up if that’s what I wanted to do. They were extremely realistic! They were a huge part in keeping me humble, balanced, and grounded and always stressed the importance of education on top of the entertainment industry! Also, if I was working a lot, then my mom would make sure there was an equal amount of “play” time so I always had a great balance. I never felt pressured and I kept my love for the industry. I am thankful for my parents for stressing how important it is to keep the balance in my life at such a young age. They always told me be myself and never compare myself to others. Dancing is one of your many passions. Who are some of your favorite dancers and what is it about their style that inspires you?
I really get inspired by so many dancers. I love Misty Copeland. She is so humble and changed the world of ballet! I admire her work ethic, determination, and drive. I also love Julianne Hough! She has a light inside her that shines through when she dances and she is able to tell a story through her movement. Both are amazing role models as well! If you could dance in the music video of your choice, past, present or future, who would you choose and why? Michael Jackson for sure. I would have loved to be in one of his videos. He is an icon and always will be someone who changed the dance industry! I love the choreography in his videos. That would’ve been so fun to dance for/alongside him. I would also love to create my own video one of these days when I have time! It’s something I just was planning to do this past summer to try for fun but never really got around to doing. Let’s talk about pageants. First, Most would like to congratulate you on your recent win, Miss Malibu Teen USA. Who introduced you to pageants and how did you get started?
Thank you so much! I am actually very proud of winning this title because it is very competitive and I was not planning on competing. I decided to compete very last minute. I prepared in a little under 2 weeks for this one so I wasn’t quite sure what the outcome would be, but it all came together in the end and on that day of competition, I felt confident. Pageantry for me started with a flier/advertisement in the mail. I remember I was just about 5 years old at the time in my dad’s office and he was going through the mail and I saw this glossy flier that stood out to me. It was a flier for “National American Miss” pageants. I was very girly and noticed some of the girls on the flier were my age and were in these pretty dresses. I literally grabbed it from my dad and asked him what it was. He read through it and only because there was absolutely NO makeup allowed on girls under age 13, he asked if I wanted to do it. I immediately screamed “yes” and he said “show mommy and ask her” and I did! She said I could enter because she liked that there was no makeup allowed on girls under 13 and she thought it looked like it could be fun for me! It was a blast and I competed against 50 other girls my age. I was 4th runner up and couldn’t wait to come back the following year, which I did, and I won the title and crown! I was hooked after that! It was so fun for me and the fact that they didn’t allow makeup on kids was such a great message in pageantry that had never really been heard of. It is now the largest pageant system among young girls which I love because they are sending a positive message that you don’t need all that makeup as a young girl to be beautiful and it’s about personality and beauty within. Now I compete in the Miss Teen USA system which is a little different but pretty much the same positive message .... “confidently beautiful”. They want someone not only with outer beauty but beautiful inside and compassionate, intelligent, goaloriented, a leader and great role model. Tell us about the day to day behind the scenes at the pageant and a bit about the camaraderie among the contestants. It can get hectic and competitive, I’m not going to lie, but you will make more friends than you will enemies. For the most part it becomes like this sisterhood and we encourage each other. I try to just go into it thinking that if I win, this is just an added bonus to my life that I feel is already so full of amazing accomplishments and if I don’t I will just try again next year! If you get way too serious and competitive, then you miss all the fun!

How do you think your participation in pageants will help shape your career moving forward? What are some of the rewards (apart from the bling, cause who doesn’t like a little bling) that you will take with you? I know people have their opinions of pageants but for me I have gained so much, like leadership skills, friendships, time management skills, learning preparation for important events, public speaking skills, interview skills, setting and achieving goals, speaking out about important causes, living a healthy lifestyle, confidence, and so much more! Pageantry pushes me to be the very best version of myself! After winning your crown, what was the first thing you did to celebrate?
I took my friends to dinner at one of my favorite places called “Joey” in Woodland Hills!
guess I am “unaffected” by anything that is said that is not true or misconstrued. Everyone’s a critic on Social Media, how do you combat cyber bullies? What are some of the useful ways you shake off the negative comments.
I don’t really read too many comments, but if I do happen to read through and I see it (negativity) then it’s just DELETE, BLOCK, REPEAT! Lol! After a while people will not feel the power to post negative comments if they see mostly positive.
In LA Story we follow along as friendships & drama unfold among some of your closest friends. How do reconcile your “reality life” with your “personal life” and those fans who try to blur the lines?
On the show, I am pretty much who I am in real life (with the exception of a few things here and there) so I don’t get a lot of negativity from the show. I am usually the peacemaker amongst my friends and that is pretty much shown on the show as well. I don’t really like drama and I’m so busy with other things going on in my life that I don’t have a lot of drama. I realize people are always going to make something out of nothing or see things how they want to so I don’t pay attention to any negativity or criticism about the show because I know its entertainment and there will always be critics. I don’t ever read comments about the show so I

With the continued success of You Tube, Viral and Reality stars, do you think continuing education is important? Are you interested in attending college and if so what are some of the subjects you might like to study? I think everyone has their own choice after high school, but when you are young I definitely think education should still come before anything! I know some people that have success in the social media world that have not put a lot of focus on education and they are not very intelligent! Sometimes they may say or do things that put them in an awkward position or jeopardize their careers just by being uneducated in certain circumstances so I think education is very important. Also, social media success can be very short-lived for a lot of people so they may need some sort of education to fall back on. I have never met any intelligent person that regrets being educated! I do plan on attending college! I am actually excited for college and I am on track to graduate high school early! I plan on attending FIDM Los Angeles (Fashion Institute Of Design and Merchandising) to study fashion and gain more knowledge in the fashion world since that is what I plan on as a career.

Dancing, modeling, acting...is there anything you can’t do? You are certainly on your way and we wish you all the best. Speaking of all the best...Can you give us your best guess on where you’ll be in 5 years? We know...cliche but with all that budding talent, who knows where your star will land. Well I’m 16 so in five years I will be 21! In 5 years I see myself graduated (or almost) from FIDM and producing my own line! I see myself traveling a lot for my line and being bi-coastal! Also, if I’m not too busy with my business then possibly dancing for an NBA or NFL team (just for fun and my love of dance). I love to travel to exotic beaches so that will definitely be in my plans as well. I am extremely driven and I don’t stop until I achieve my goals so I know I will be successful! I guess that’s part of the Capricorn in me! ;)
