CENTRELINK ACCESS POINT

Council’s Urana Office is a Centrelink Access Point. Centrelink Access Points provide you with self-help facilities where you can conduct business relating to Centrelink reporting, benefits claims, child support, etc.

We provide access to information products and forms, access to a telephone to call the Centrelink, Medicare claim forms, a fax/photocopier and a computer to enable you to connect to online services – all at no charge to you.

We can also sight and photocopy identity documents for Centrelink-related purposes.

SERVICE NSW AGENT

To make it easier for rural and regional residents to access NSW Government services, Service NSW and Federation Council have partnered to provide services through a single shop front, located at Corowa Civic Centre, 100 Edward Street, Corowa.
