RATES PAYMENT DATES

• 1st Instalment or Full Payment due 31 August • 2nd Instalment due 30 November • 3rd Instalment due 28 February • 4th Instalment due 31 May (These are the standard dates but may change due to unforeseen circumstances)

HOW TO PAY YOUR RATES

Payment of rates and water accounts can be made by the following methods: • Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, Credit Card at any Council office (Corowa, Howlong, Mulwala and Urana) • Cheques and money orders made payable to Federation

Council and posted to PO Box 77, Corowa NSW 2646 • B-pay or via Internet banking • Post Billpay at any Post Office or by logging into www.postbillpay.com.au • Online payment via the Council website

When making a payment using BPay or Billpay, you will be required to enter the biller code and reference number. These are shown next to the BPay logo on the front of your notice.

Council offers weekly, fortnightly, monthly instalment and payment in full for all rate and water accounts.

DIRECT DEBIT

Council offers weekly, fortnightly, monthly instalment and payment in full for all rate and water accounts. To set up direct debit for rates, please complete and return our Direct Debit Application form available from the Council’s website.

RATES & WATER PENSIONER REBATES

If you have a Pensioner Concession Card or a Department of Veterans Affairs Card you may be eligible for a concession on both your rates and water.

The concession can be claimed if it is the primary place you live and your pension card reflects this. If you are receiving a rebate on your rates it will automatically carry over onto your water account.
