Some of them even become great friends. Thinking of the close relationship based on the exhausting flight, everything here seems to be particularly precious. The closing ceremony of PreGA in Taiwan was held at the gym in TMU. At the beginning of the ceremony, we admired the photos taken at the activities in the past few days. Every picture recalled the people on the scene of the memories. After the warm time, the highlight then came. All the delegates held each others’ hands on their both side and formed a giant circle. Under the instruction and facilitating of the staff, 250 people including all the staff at the gym completed a hard Taiwanese aboriginal dance. What a magnificent scene! The closing ceremony came to end with dazzling fluorescent dance. The lights flying rapidly in the dark were really surprised and impressed everyone.

CULTURAL STAND GO GAME Go, as a territory game, attracts more and more players worldwide instead of being merely an ancient traditional game in Asian countries. With black and white stones representing two forces for two players, the player has to surround the opponent’s stone to occupy the territory. When all the places were filled, the color occupying more territory will win. At the stand that day, delegates kept challenging the go players from Taiwan. "Oh my goodness. You ARE thinking!" While distracting from the cellphone, one of the Taiwanese was shocked by the step an Iraq delegate chose. "I've told you that we're just thinking in different ways," said the intelligent delegate.
lnterview of Go Player Gary Hu Would you please tell us what's the tips of playing Go? The rules of Go are simple, while the good usage of the rules can create lots of possibility. Just like drawing a picture, in the beginning, there’s nothing on the board. You need to be creative, concentrating on the whole situation as making good use of strategies. What's the advantages of playing go games? As one of the four cultivated arts (Zither, Go, Calligraphy, Chinese painting), Go can train one’s brains the most, because the player has to penetrate the whole situation as well as contemplating the next step.
PAPER CUTTUNG Magic of Paper Cutting is simply created by the folding of paper with several cuts. The beauty of it comes from the symmetry. During the Chinese New Year and other Chinese festivals, people may do various kinds of paper cutting in characters such as 囍 or 春 and paste it on the window in the house. The culture of cutting paper has been developed for hundreds of years. While symmetry shows the beauty of simple word pattern, the red color symbolize Doors. Chinese think that windows and walls decorated with paper cuttings can bring good luck. For example, the word “囍” is a blessing especially for the newly-married. Nowadays, paper cutting can be made in form of not only in plane but also in 3D, which has turned this handcraft into a new leaf. A sense of accomplishment may be another benefit of doing paper cutting. “It’s so beautiful! I’m so proud of myself.” said one of the delegates after she complete her works.
