Opportunities Brand Opportunities at the 2019 Safety & Health Conference Sponsorship All sponsorship opportunities include the base Exhibitor Only package with the following additional benefits: • Recognition in the Florida Fire Service Magazine before and after the event • Priority points towards Fire-Rescue EAST booth selection • Complementary full conference registration for one to two representatives based on level of sponsorship for opportunities to network with attendees during inclusive events • Opportunity for 2-3 minute address to attendees prior to sponsored event where applicable • Signage and/or recognition of your sponsorship for the given event

2019 Safety & Health Conference - Contribution Levels Continued Breakfast Sponsorship • Continental Breakfast ($8,500) – signage indicating your company as the sponsor of a continental breakfast for one morning of the conference. • Breakfast Buffet ($15,000) – signage indicating your company as the sponsor of a full breakfast buffet for one morning of the conference.
Luncheon Sponsorship • Exclusive Luncheon Sponsorship ($15,000) – signage indicating your company as the exclusive sponsor of the single feature inclusive luncheon of the conference. • Partial Luncheon Sponsorship – signage indicating your company as a partial sponsor of the single feature inclusive luncheon of the conference. Amount is variable starting at $1,500.
Branded Items Sponsorship Call to inquire as these items are scalable by quality and dependant upon cost. The following are examples of items available for sponsorship: • Conference Pens - custom imprinted with your logo, included in each attendee’s conference packet, extras available to attendees. • Conference Lanyards - custom imprinted lanyards with your logo, given to all attendees of the conference. • Conference Bags - custom imprinted bags with your logo, given to all attendees of the conference. • Conference Mobile App – your logo will be featured as the main sponsor of the mobile app available for download for all conference attendees.
