Environment and Resources In Switzerland, natural resource management is critical due to the lack of raw materials, necessitating a sustainable approach to the environment. In a key research area, FHNW HLS scientists are therefore developing environmentally friendly production technologies as well as new methods for waste decontamination, processing and regeneration. They are analysing the effects of chemicals on microorganisms and their human and environmental consequences.
