Bernadett Urbanovics is a pattern designer and illustrator living in Italy with her husband and three children. Since her childhood living in a small Hungarian village, she has been passionate about drawing. After the birth of her first child, she started to design textile prints, and her patterns became popular among the sewing community. Her style is quite elaborate with a vintage and retro touch. Bernadett takes inspiration from childhood memories, picture books, and nature. She likes sophisticated color palettes, her favorite medium being watercolor and can’t get enough of drawing flowers and cute animals.
The Cozy Cubs fabric collection embraces the warmth of winter, featuring classic Fair Isle motifs, playful bears and charming snowflake designs in a soothing, earthy color palette. With soft creams, browns, and blue hues, each fabric piece evokes cozy cabin nights and playful snow days. Perfect for quilts and crafts that celebrate the magic of the season.

Nicole Ruiz is a textile artist and surface designer from Toronto, Ontario. Her work is influenced by her surroundings and lived experiences, drawing inspiration from nature, people, and moments in time. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in Craft and Design from Sheridan College and currently works as an in-house designer at FIGO Fabrics.

Aimée Parker lives in Michigan with her daughter and husband. She is an artist and designer whose work brings an elevated aesthetic to textiles, wallpaper, home goods, and stationery. Humblebee is centered on the humble life of fuzzy bumblebees, combines a delicate blend of nature-inspired motifs and classic patterns to evoke a feeling of warmth and nostalgia. Varied florals celebrate the diversity of meadow blossoms that sustain bumblebees, with a palette that hints at sunlit fields and grassy greens. Gingham adds a rustic, country-inspired touch, capturing the charm of cottage life. Bumblebee motifs are thoughtfully scattered throughout, serving as a reminder of the essential role these creatures play in nature. THE COTTON RECYCLING PROCESS
1. COLLECT
Factory off-cuts and fabric waste are collected from various sources.
2. SORT
The fabric is sorted and separated by fabric composition in order to isolate the cotton from other materials.
3. CRUSH AND SHRED
Large pieces of fabric are cut and broken down into smaller pieces. The fabric is shredded into cotton fiber.
4. SPIN INTO YARN
The fiber is combined with new cotton and spun into yarn.
5. WEAVE
The yarn is woven into fabric.
6. PRINT
The recycled fabric is printed with beautiful FIGO designs.

Cecilia Pettersson is a freelance designer/artist living and working in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has a master’s degree in design, (graduated from HDK, Gothenburg University of Arts and Craft 2009) and specialized in print and pattern.
Cecilia’s work often starts with a drawing or a painting by hand. Things that grow, nature and structures are common motifs and lots of details are often seen in the final artwork.
For her second collection with FIGO, continues to add intricate monochromatic motifs to cotton linen. From her drawings, this collection captures the sense of growing, studies of movement, and the rhythm and drive in nature with a detailed focus on surface and texture.
