Directions From Rugby head northbound on the B4112 going directly through Newbold, Harborough Magna and on to Pailton. Location. Monks Kirby is a small and very attractive village which has the great advantage of easy access from all directions but with almost no through traffic. It is about eight miles north-west of Rugby and ten miles from the centre of Coventry. The village is dominated by the Grade 1 priory church of St Edith and there are two public houses, The Denbigh Arms and The Bell Inn, a Spanish restaurant. Junior schooling is available at the very well regarded Revel School. There is an extensive range of excellent senior schooling in Rugby, Lutterworth and Coventry.
