When Piers and Helen wanted to move from London back to Helen’s hometown of Royal Leamington Spa, they wanted to find a home well located, yet large enough for their family. When they found their current home on Cloister Crofts, they couldn’t believe their luck. “It was a good size, had a large garden, and ideally located. It made a great family home,” says Piers.

However, it is the garden that has brought Piers and Helen the most joy throughout the years. “On a lovely hot day, there’s nothing better than eating outside on the terrace. We’ve hosted many barbeques in our time here.” There’s also plenty of space for children to play in, making it ideal for hosting family gatherings or for children to have their friends over to visit.
Outside Set back and secluded from the road by a laurel hedgerow, the gardens to the fore, side and rear are mainly laid to lawn with well stocked herbaceous borders. There is ample parking to the front of the garage and to the rear a large sun terrace onto the lawn.
