All skirtings, architraves and window boards are white painted MDF, and a choice of paint colour is available for internal walls¹. Windows & Doors Timber front doors are pre-finished in anthracite grey and fitted with chrome-plated furniture. Remote control garage doors are fitted to each property. Electrical Each kitchen is fitted with switched fuses for kitchen appliances, with circuit breakers and shock protection, while extractor fans are fitted to the kitchen, bathroom and en suites as indicated on working drawings.
